Did have a higher rating, but today I waited 45 minutes for my takeout. My fish was bagged up, but my partner's dish wasn't. By... the time we got everything, my fish was ice cold. Looked like the manager was just goofing around, heard him laughing with achef in the office. The place was dirty and behind and needed leadership. Great food. Light, fresh, well planned and delicious. Staff was wonderful. I loved that I could order a smaller portion... because I can never eat the full portion and am not a fan of left overs. And, because it was a special lunch with a dearfriend, it was nice that we could have a glass of wine with our meal. Very pleasant for a modest restaurant. Read more
My new favorite medium fast food restaurant. This salad is from the new winter menu: Winter Harvest Salad, balsamic Glaze on... the side and I forgot I don't like the sweet potatoes because they are spicy (I have a sensitivity to spicy now :( ) I only usethe app, so I'm not sure how the dining experience is. The app on the other hand is so easy and visually appealing. It'sextremely easy to delete items or add / modify them. When it's time to pickup my order I just go in and most of the time it'sready to grab. The app offers specials that I often order to try something new without feeling like I wasted a bunch of moneyon something that didn't taste good; and worst is when you're still hungry after. I haven't felt that way yet so I keep goingback. I normally get the chocolate brownie / cookie and I love it. The carrot cake was not my favorite replacement and willdefinitely stick to the delicious cookies from now on ???? The winter salad is my new (old) favorite with a yummy twist addingthe pomegranate seeds and candied walnuts. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is for consistency. I ALWAYS order the Bahn Mi. Always. This is my first time ordering at this location and if this is how they make their... sandwiches I won?t be coming back. Who the heck puts this many jalapeños on a sandwich ??? I couldn?t even enjoy it once I bitinto it and my mouth is ON fire! This was only on HALF the sandwich, the other half still has MORE. Never have I ever had thisissue before. I?m sad. I?m pregnant and was craving this and now I am craving nothing because my mouth is burning so bad from amouthful of jalapeños. Read more
We ordered dinner through the mod market website. The food was cold by the time it arrived which usually isn?t the case. One of... the protein bowls was delivered without the chicken and with hardly any vegetables (photo attached from before my daughter ateany). The broccoli in the roasted veggies was raw and crunchy, and the mashed sweet potatoes had way more skin in them thanusual with little black roots that should have been removed. The two pork bowls were dried out and had raw onions instead ofpickled onions. Really disappointing experience tonight. Read more
BUYER BEWARE! They have been falling behind on quality at this location for awhile. The attached picture is what we got tonight... when we paid $3.50 for EXTRA chicken on a salad. Last time we ate here my wife received shredded apple on her salad that wasalready brown and smelled old. Haven't had the same experiences at other locations - so likely an issue at this one store. Mod Market offers a nice variety of healthy meals and options. While a bit more expensive, the food quality is much higher than... that of a Panera or other comparable restaurants. I enjoy their steak or ahi tuna protein bowls and the kids love the grilledcheese or pizza. They have some nice "brunch" options as well but I find their portions for them to be on the smaller side. Thislocation is always clean and well kept but, much like everywhere right now, is often under-staffed and short handed. The staffis friendly and accommodating and has always been quick to resolve any issues we may have had with our meal. Read more
