Very painful experience. It took multiple tries to even place our order (on 10/23 over the non-busy lunch hour). The worker... simply wasn?t listening. Mac n cheese was cold. And the very expensive taco salads were limp. We honestly weren?t sure we evengot what we ordered because there was so much confusion. Had they been busy, we would?ve understood but we were the only onesthere! Tried to be patient and assume that both people working the front were new, but 20 minutes to get in and out with a togo order was quite excessive. Again, we were the only ones there!! With no obvious online orders being filled during the time.It?s difficult to want to ever give them a try again. Feels like I wasted my money. Read more

I came in today for lunch today. I ordered a Chipotle Caesar as a salad. They tossed the salad in regular Caesar dressing and... when I told them I asked for the chipotle Caesar salad he proceeded to cut me off and tell me that only comes as a wrap.Ignoring the fact I specifically asked for that made as a salad. And then told me he will give me some on the side. If I wantedto drench my salad and turn it into a soup with extra dressing I would?ve said heavy dressing to begin with. I?m leaving highlyunsatisfied today. Next time instead of trying to quickly get defensive listen to your customers and fix the problem. Badcustomer service skills. For every 1 good meal here we have 2 bad meals. Bad quality control when all you get is romaine hearts and core with no green... lettuce along with Southwest chicken that was mostly gristle this time. Waste of $15 on a Ty Cobb and a drink. I absolutely love going to mad greens! They have the best service and the best choices to create my own salad! I love their soda... machines... seriously. Their sodas are soooo good! I love the blueberry and the cream soda! YUMMMMY! It?s the ultimate treat forany day! The serving sizes here are awesome! I got a Southwest style grain bowl, which came with seasoned chicken, multigrain rice,... avocado, tomatoes, roasted corn, and a really tasty dressing (plus a few other things I am forgetting at the moment). The wholeexperience was excellent - I went right at lunchtime, and though they were busy inside there was no queue to order my food. Theyhappily customized my order with light dressing and extra tomatoes. The meal was big enough that I enjoyed it for lunch two daysin a row! Great service, good prices, and excellent tasting, healthy food make this a lunch spot I will definitely visit again. Read more

My first visit to MAD Greens couldn't have gone better. My friends all love this place so I have been wanting to check them out,... I was not disappointed at all! I checked out the menu online before heading over so I would know what was available, it's not ahuge menu but I was happy to learn I could sort of build my own wrap as well. I went with the Santa fe Wrap sans corn with aStrawberry Cooler juice. The gal at the counter was awesome and super helpful and the wrap she put together was delicious and Iloved the juice!
