I work in a place where most of my income is cash tips so I end up ordering my lunch from here a lot since I'm able to get... delivery with cash. The food is a great price and never fails to taste great. The drivers are always friendly when coming in andI seriously appreciate the kindness they show. I mostly order when I am at work and if they see I'm with someone they are one ofthe only delivery people who don't shove past customers to give it to me and you have no idea how much I appreciate that. 10/10wonderful kind staff, good food, good prices! I ordered ONE sandwich over the phone for delivery at 11:25am. I was told it would be 10 minutes. After being made at 11:29am... (as seen on receipt), it arrived 12:11pm (over 40 minutes later)! We live 2 minutes away from this location. Not okay. This wasa deli meat sandwich - it arrived warm and had easily been sitting out far too long. Disgusting. I called back to speak with themanager, Stellen. He was rude and argued when the order was placed/made. He then indicated they would refund my order becausethey had ?too many orders? and couldn?t guarantee a sandwich that was to my satisfaction. Really? They can?t guarantee asandwich that wasn?t sitting in a car for nearly an hour? I told him I didn?t want a refund, I wanted a sandwich. I normallyorder from this store but after this experience and the way the manager handled this situation, I?ll take my business and moneyelsewhere to a more deserving location. They should not make the sandwich until it?s ready to go out and actually be delivered(not driven around while their driver drops off other deliveries). Or pay for a second driver if they?re that busy. This was anunacceptable amount of time to wait for one sandwich which sat out far too long - this is cause for food poisoning and the storemanager should be ashamed for how he handled this situation. Ordered 50 minutes ago, got a message 30 minutes ago that it was out for delivery and still no food. Called store and all they... could do was make excuses and said it would be at least another 10 minutes. Just called it has been now an hour and twentyminutes, they said it was delivered but nothing. Told me to check outside and nothing, now they want me to check my neighborshouses for my food. Read more

Called to order for the work crew. Lady that answered was rude and snide finally got through the order and hung up. After... thinking about it, if the lady taking the order has a toxic attitude how is the food going to turn out. I called back to canceland talked to the manager Logan and explained my conversation with lady and how she was being rude and was acting like I shouldof had the whole order memorized. Logan was dismissive about it and at least I figured out where the toxic attitude comes from.It starts form the top. If you want a toxic sandwich spot it might be the spot to go. Ended up ordering a Philly cheese steakfrom down the street. Much better interaction over the phone and the food tasted like the people working there actually caredabout what they are doing. 5 stars for them. JJ should take some training from them on customer service. Also, not surprised tosee all the 1 star reviews. Read more

Customer service is a thing of the past. Called, told I was out of the area before I even gave my location. Then attitude the... rest of the conversation, as well as on the call back to cancel. The manager Logan was short and rude. To the point where hehung up on me. Please understand that the 3.1 rating is accurate. Read more

Freaky fast!? We waited an hour and a half for delivery. Ended up having to drive there to go and get our order. Edit: The... response below was great, but it stopped when they forwarded it on to the franchise owner. Headquarters got in touch with me andforwarded my feedback on to him. He never got in touch with me or even bothered to respond to them for all I know. Drive the 3miles to the next JJ?s I guess if you want a sandwich. Read more
