Not even one star!!!!! My order was delayed 45minutes!! On the website it says pick out your delivery time which I did, because... my son have only 30 minutes lunch break during his driving ED!! I called the store to see what’s going on, the man who talkedto me, was so rude! I do understand that there is shortage of staff/ drivers everywhere ! But you also have to understand that Ipicked specific time for my son to have lunch for reason! It’s been delivered 45 minutes after delivery time; and it was cold,plus my son lunch break was over. It’s not an excuse to tell me there is shortage of driver! You could call the phone numberor text to say that you can’t deliver on time!! So I will have another option for my son for lunch!! I called the store twicethe same day, but again he was rude, and I just couldn’t talk to him anymore for how much rudeness he was having!! I calledthe next morning they hang up the phone on me and said that they can’t help me since it happened the day before!! Plus I hadto pay for delivery and a tip fro the driver! The worst customer service ! Put an online order at 11:05 got there 10 minutes later was trying to be patient but just serving... all walk in asked is mine done guy black hair in glasses losses his mind so rude disrespectful (yelling) there’s only 2 peopleworking for lunch I asked a question bro! I’m so sorry you work at jimmy johns and hating life but customer are Allowed to ask about there food they ordered ! Maybe working in food with customers isn’t for you! Just saying! Read more

My husband brought me a Coke and a sub from store 20209 E. Smoky Hill Road. I am grossed out and disappointed. The food was... really bad this time. This was not the usual. It is usually pretty good. This is not the typical type of review I leave, butmaybe this can serve as a warning. The coke tasted like it had wax mixed in it. The sub tasted like there were egg shellslayered in it. It had a strange, unexpected and undesirable crunchy texture. I called the manager to complain and I advised himto look after his employees. I asked if he could do anything about this. He said he couldn't do anything about it at this time.I no longer have time for this location. Read more

I ordered a Turkey Tom and it came to me with NO TURKEY!!! One of the employees was extremely rude and completely reopened my... sandwich and expected me to eat my sandwich?? NEVER going back. What happened to freaky fast? Used to be, I’d be hanging up the phone and there they were. Now it takes upwards of an hour. ... Freaky slow to slap together a couple simple sandwiches and deliver to us who love right around the corner. The bread is oftenstale as well. Not what it used to be. More on par with Subway who they used to trounce. Still slightly better than Subway,so will continue to order because Subway doesn’t deliver. It has gone way down hill, for sure. And at twice the price ofSubway, it’s becoming not worth it. Hate too stupid the delivery driver, but charging me $2 per sandwich and not deliveringfor over an hour, it’s going to c come out of someone’s pocket, and it’s not mine. Read more

This location has gone downhill, over the last couple years One afternoon I ordered a sandwich and an unwhich for my husband for... later and the unwich came with things we asked them not to put on the unwich, but was missing the actual ingredients that werequested. The following day I ordered another sandwich to be delivered and when I got my sandwich it did not have ingredients Iasked for to include extra onions... I called to let them know and he said they will make a new one but wanted the old sandwichback. I sent the sandwich back and they delivered a new one. When I got the new one it had tomatoes on it in which Ispecifically said to delete as I have an allergy to tomatoes which was incorrect again and the sandwich still didn't have extraonions... I called back and the manager said there is nothing they are going to do for me. I asked for a refund and theyrefused. So now I have a sandwich I paid for and cant eat... I took off the tomatoes and made due. I then called the corporatenumber to get in touch with the owners to let them know the manager is unresponsive and rude and they said I would hear from theowner of the store. NO CALL EVER FROM THE OWNER and it has been a month, now I am resorting to a google review so all can knowthe experience I had with this store... DO NOT GO HERE! BOYCOTT THIS STORE.... Read more

This location has gone so far downhill they are now in the valley. My wife ordered from them once or twice a week. Recently,... they have become very stingy with ingredients. I have a sandwich a couple weeks ago that barely have any meat at all in it.Yesterday, my wife ordered the roast beef sub with extra veggies and avocado spread. No avocado spread, only two tomato slices,two cucumber slices, and she also ordered a large drink, but they fulfill the small one. I brought her sandwich back in andasked him to remake it. They would not, but instead they opened it up and started picking through it and put some extra avocadoon it. It ended up going in the trash. Too bad because she was a regular customer. Doubtful we will order from this shop again. Read more

We love the beach club, and I know inflation is effecting all of us but we get the beach club to TASTE the guacamole and today... there was hardly in on it. I also think a $4 delivery charge for 2 sandwiches is a little steep considering it doesn’t gotoward the drivers tip. Read more
