Probably one of the dirtiest places I have been in a while. Falafel had been sitting. a while and was over cooked. the meat... looked old and while it didn?t taste terrible I hope I don?t get sick.. should have taken the food to go because it was hard tosit there and eat seeing how dirty the place was. Placed an online order through toogoodtogo for pickup an hour before closing. Arrived at the restaurant 5 minutes before my... pickup time and it was closed, clearly had been closed for a while. Lights off, chairs on tables, no sign of anyone. Not even anemail or sign saying they were closing early. Reading other reviews apparently this happens a lot. DO NOT EAT HERE. I used to really like this chain. I went there today and ordered a plate. I didn?t want any salad. Just rice, protein, and... hummus. The man gave me one scoop of rice and after asking for more, he was reluctant. I left with such a small portion of foodon a big plate. We ordered a Gyro salad and a half chicken half Gyro salad. Food was great and reasonably priced. Employees were pleasant to... work with and prompt. 3 o'clock in the afternoon and the place was filthy. Nice lady and a young man were working at that time. She had to get him to... ring up order. But the steak slices in the tray were so dried out it looked like jerky. They were out of falafel but cooked morefor me. Napkin dispenser empty and an open package of napkins sitting out. We placed an online order, arrived to pick it up and the store was closed. A paper sign was taped to the door saying they had to... close early, but employees were clearly inside. I knocked trying to get their attention to get a refund. They ignored me. I wentback the next day to get a refund and I was told that no manager was on duty. They said the manager would call. Have stopped ordering here due to one bad incident. My son's togo plate was literally only half filled, unlike my good past... experience. Called back and manager didn't offer any good remedy. --- One of the best Garbanzo locations in town.
