Tried ordering the new BBQ burger on the menu twice recently, but they have messed that up twice. This most recent time they got... that burger plus the one my wife ordered wrong, and only put x6 onion rings total in the bag. I ordered for pickup and got there a few minutes before the scheduled time. I saw the two concretes in my order get put up on... the counter and not in the freezer, where they say for 10 minutes. I didn't know they were mine. Then I saw the rest of my orderbrought over from the kitchen, which sat for another 5 minutes while the single front counter employee helped walk-in customers.I finally bagged the food myself and left. This was on a Saturday night and the place wasn't really busy, and this isn't thefirst time this has happened. They need to train their employees to make the shakes AFTER the food comes out, or at least putthem in the freezer as soon as they're made. Read more

This location is absolutely terrible and keeps getting worse! Food is cold every time, I tried to go there last night an hour... before they closed at 11pm and they told me they were already closed!! Not the first time that has happened to me. Tonight I gota large key lime pie concrete, which the girl working had told me I already had two slices of pie in it. I get my custard, andfor what is in it it would have to be almost 100% pie for that to be true. It looks like a medium concrete in a large cup!! Acomp would be nice! Read more
