My son and I used the restroom first when we came in. The men?s restroom was out of service and the women?s restroom was out of... soap and paper towels. After coming out of the bathroom, we stood at the order counter for about 5 min before I finally gave upand left. We were never greeted and we were never acknowledged. All other patrons in the store were already sitting down andeating their food and nobody else was in line before us. They were working on some kind of order (I assume an online order).There were 2 young men working. I?m still not understanding how one couldn?t stop to take our order and how neither said helloor we will be right with you. Read more
The worst location. Our last experience was terrible. Tried to go again and everyone that was in there were waiting for food,... looked like they had been waiting a while too. Only two workers during a Sunday lunch rush and one of the workers instead oftaking our order just made himself a sandwich and left the one guy. I get needing a break but lunch rush? Ridiculous. Do not goto this location. The one off Lincoln is a million times better. Read more
My wife and I love coming here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially Chris who is usually the one that greets... us. The food is also amazing! Definitely my favorite subs. I highly recommend this location!! Read more
Apparently they don't want the truth getting out and had my last review removed but two weeks ago I went here 45 minutes before... their posted closing time and the staff had closed and locked the doors early. Then looked at me as if I was in the wrong fortrying to come in and knocking on the door, they carried on closing and I left. The staff here is always professional and polite! Very friendly and the sandwiches are always delicious. They?re also super fast... and accurate with both online and in store orders. I work next door and it take all my willpower not to eat here every day forlunch. Chris, the manager, is always working hard alongside his staff and is always super helpful! Read more
The service here was fast and friendly. I walked in, placed my order and in a few mins it was ready to go. When I was ready to... eat, the bread was soft and fluffy, the meat was tender and juicy and the veggies were fresh and crisp. Worst Fire House I've visited. There was literally food EVERYWHERE. Floors, tables, napkin dispensors. So freaking dirty. The... clerk, Mason, was talking on his cell phone for awhile before helping us. Super dry brisket sandwich. Only given half a pickleeach. Will never return to this location. Read more
Got turned away for lunch. I used to work in fast food and I understand the stress. But I'm writing this review bc I had an... issue with the same guy twice. He has blonde hair. First time I came to eat here he gave me a ton of attitude for adding stuffto my sand which. Idk maybe he didn't want to do the extra work. Just not impressed with his customer service. Read more
