Really disappointed that the dinning room here is still closed. I was told 3weeks ago that it was because of Covid. Today I was... told because of staffing. No others dining rooms in this area are closed. Makes me wonder about Einstein leadership. Read more

I was excited to come here because last time I came the staff were super friendly and I got my food fast. This time however it... was much busier so the staff were less welcoming and the wait was longer but I understand that to an extent. It was a littlefrustrating when people who had ordered far after me received their drinks when all I ordered was a bagel with cream cheesethough. Nevertheless I got my bagel but when I finally got to the car the edges were burnt and amount of cream cheese was sosad. Read more

This is definitely the worst Einstein Brothers location of them all. I've been there more than 10 times and I believe eight out... of the 10 orders were incorrect. I have to double check my order every time I go just to make sure it is correct. This time, Iwanted to make sure that there was no bacon on one of the sandwiches I ordered. Fortunately there was no bacon but it was on thewrong bagel and they fixed it. I assumed the other sandwich I got that had no changes on it would be correct. I would Thefarmhouse and there was no meat on the sandwiches at all. Got all the way home to find that out. I previously had to deal withthe general manager who gave me free Sandwich coupons and wanted me to go back to this location to see if they could make itright and yet again they failed. I will officially never be going to this locationI will officially never be going to thislocation again. The worst. Read more

As a regular customer, I've forced myself to make purchases during covid to help them out. The service is always wonderful,... bagels are great. Normally I'd say it's 5 stars. Lately they've turned off their online ordering because they're busy and shortstaffed. Either the online ordering app is so bad for them to use or they're hoping for fewer customers? Fine, message received.I tried to deal with it for 2 weeks now. I'm sick of waiting and waiting for your phone to be answered when calling in. Sadly,I'll go elsewhere. Waited 10 mins for the saddest avocado toast ever. It wasn?t even toasted! I had to heat it up in the oven once I got home.
