Went there for dinner to pick up and take home. I like to look at the ingredients as they put them on. Sometimes the lettuce... or other things look nasty. But the door was locked. Sign said to order online and use the side door. Should have known thatwas a mistake. I went ahead and ordered from my truck and sat in the truck for about 10 minutes. Then went inside and waitedfor another 10. Looked like they had 2 people working and all was prepared out of sight. Got home to find very little rice andmeat in the 3 burrito bowls. Everything was cold. Only 5 minutes from home. The shredded cheese had a big chunk in it thatseemed to be frozen. Later I see the Chipotle commercial talking about how everything is fresh and prepared in front of you. Must not know about this location. I wish I would have read all the negative reviews here before I ordered. Read more

If I could give zero starts I would! Who ever was the GM on the floor today and the employees working today also are the rudest... Chipotle staff we have ever come across! They are VERY STINGY with their portions and we have to ask for extra things just toget what would normally be regular portions!! And when we ask for extra we get attitude from employees they deny our request, myhusband asked for the GM and the GM was worse than the employees this is absolutely ridiculous! Also in the past we?ve gottenmilitary discount and today my husband was told that it?s only for police ?? Anyway my husband had to get in an argument withthem just to get normal portion sizes which we eventually got because the sizes they were giving were extremely small acomplete rip off. Never coming to this location again! Very disappointed! There is zero customer service in this place. Read more

I own a business across the street from this Chipotle, and have eaten here 1-2 times a week for the last 20+ years. Over the... years, as you would expect you would have issues from time to time, but they always seemed to fix the issues or make it right. Now it appears that there are constant issues that have been going on for the last year; they ran out of meat, waiting 10-15 minfor them to fill online orders, inconsistent portions. Now the portions are half of what they use to be, (not even a spoonfull) and yet the price has gone up over 40%. I talked to the manager, and he could care less. He didn't even look at the mealor give me a response. The Chipotle in Southlands or in Parker are much better, and consistent. This one has some seriousManagerial problems. Avoid at all costs. I wish I can give them 0 stars. The worst chipotle ever. They need to get their act together or hire all new staff. I have... ordered through doordash 3 times and each time its missing several items. Today I ordered a steak bowl with vegetables, salsaguacamole and many other items and I received a scoop of steak and nothing else just unacceptable. Never order at this chipotlethrough door dash. Remove this location from your options. I was served sour, brown guacamole and when I asked if they could grab a fresh one, I... was given attitude. I don't understand why the teenagers working had such an attitude toward giving out fresh food. I don't recommend this chipotle at all. I've gone here about 5 times and everytime there is something wrong with the rice.... Someone please get them a new rice cooker or give them the correct process. The most recent time I went was a few hours ago andthe girl attending me had horrible service. Anything i asked for seemed like a drag, she kept huffing and puffing as if I wasasking her to walk a mile to scoop each ingredient. Unfortunately, I didn't play close enough attention before I left and I gotcharged for 2 steak bowls when I had actually ordered 3 chicken bowls and one steak burrito. Will not be returning. I have giventhem more than a fair chance and they keep disappointing every time. But please, someone fix their rice! Read more

Unfortunately this Chipotle has gone WAY down hill. They have lost a loyal customer. Not the first bad experience here, but... this was definitely the worst. Online order at 6:15, with a 6:30 pickup. Went in at 6:30, waited literally for an hour, andwhen we finally received our food, and took it home, completely terrible. Brisket burned, zero rice, bowls completely wrong. Zero stars were not an option. The managers attitude is a direct reflection of the service. Food was disgusting, red sauce all... over the container, my wife's car, my kitchen counter. Food to go should be in containers capable of containing the food. Openpockets in a cardboard container will spill all over the the order. Cashier told my wife she would have to wait to talk to themanager, good thing I was not there! Take your money and flush it down the toilet, your time will be better spent.
