Restaurant was seat yourself. Sat 15 minutes before server came to our table. By then kitchen had closed according to our... server, however the hours posted stated they were open. Service was not better the next morning. Left to go somewhere elsebecause server never came back to take our order after we had to ask for menus. Read more

Bartender was friendly when we visited and graciously took our order when we ordered take out. We had minor issues like being... laden with copious amounts of sauce packets that were not requested and plastic silverware we didn't ask for (here's a requestfor all in the service industry: please always ask first for these items). We also had a small mix up wherein our onion ringswound up in the wrong container, but that was an easy fix. The burgers were decent; not mind-blowing. I personally was unableto taste the KGB sauce. Had not 1 but 2 people lie to me about the time of when my order would be out food presentation looks nice but super rip off for... the price would advise going to larkburger or any other burger joint at least they won't lie to you there and the food won't beskimpy. Really enjoyed our burgers and the firecracker shrimp appetizer. Really enjoyed chatting with the bartender/waitress. The... atmosphere is pretty chill but apparently gets busy after about 730pm. Definitely worth arriving early for dinner. Read more
