In the last 3 months I have made two attempts to shop here; once late at night and once in the afternoon. Both times I have been... turned away because their systems are down. I would recommend closing this location as there is no convenience in thisconvenience store. Read more

After filling up with over $50 in gas and one of my passengers purchasing several items I would expect to be able to use the... restroom. However, I was informed by their employee that their restrooms close to the public at 7 pm. We had just gotten backinto town from a gala in another city and I'd pleaded with the employee to allow me to use the restroom as I'd been in the carfor over an hour after a drinking 24 oz of water and was told very sternly that there was nothing she could do about theirpolicy because one person's bad behavior ruined restroom access for everyone. There is no reason that would make thisacceptable as a policy. Ever. I sincerely hope that your management would make decisions that were in the best interest of yourcustomers, but apparently customers are not important to 7-11, so 7-11 will no longer be a place I purchase fuel or anythingelse from. Fortunately, many other gas stations have a higher level of consideration for the people who allow them to pay theiremployees and keep their lights on. Read more
What's the point of being open 24/7 if you don't let customers use the bathroom when they are working at 2am in the morning.... Rude Employees tried saying the bathroom closes at 7..... I'm glad I waited to fill up my 100 gallon diesel tank on my towtruck. I gave my $500 business to the gas station down the street that had a bathroom. Read more

I share same sentiments as L Weaver in comments, but not only was I told I couldn't use, the young employee had his girlfriend... using it, just as I asked to use it. He then proceeded to lie to me saying she was an employee and they even went so far as tohave her attempt to ring me up to continue their charade. She acted like she was in training, and had to ask him on every stepof ringing me up. Clearly rules don't apply to friends of employees only paying customers. I'll take biz elsewhere. Read more
