Worst place ever. Ordered online the people completely got my order wrong. There was plastic in my other sandwich. I ask could... they be remade. My sons found the subway coupons in the mail today so pooled their money together to use the buy one get one free sub. They... rode their bikes and went all by themselves to the store. When they went to check out they handed over the coupon and were toldthat the coupon machine wasn?t working and they couldn?t use it despite it not being expired until 8/30/22. They only broughtenough money to cover the one sub and yet ordered two so they could use the coupon. A kind lady purchased their subs for themso they could move along. We have only been to this store 3 times in the last year, and every time we have had issues with thepayments such as not taking the coupons or not having a credit card machine working. Read more
Terrible experience. We will not return here. All 4 times we?ve been here the chairs have been on the tables. When you ask if... they are open, he replies with a sarcastic comment back. Today I replied back that I guess they don?t want any customers to sitdown and eat. He continued to stare at me after I ordered and kept saying he ?had a weird feeling?. This is the second time in two months that our online order was not even started after pickup was scheduled. This place is... terribly mis-managed and extremely understaffed. I will never return to this location. Shortly after posting, I was contactedby management and my order was delivered as ordered at no cost.
