Another place I almost hate to share. This is the slow paced mom and pop restaurant with fresh pies wonderful smiles and... tradition dating to who knows when. This place has some beautiful scenic views while you enjoy your food. I had the Captain Ryely sandwich along with broasted... potatoes and a slice of peanut butter pie. The broasted potatoes were perfect, no part of them would I considerundercooked. The sandwich was quite tasty as well. There was a slight sweetness to it and the mustard sauce was really good aswell. The pie crust was flaky, the meringue was also very good. The star was obviously the filling. It was one of the bestpeanut butter pies I had. Cannot say enough about the experience we had at Pullman Bay Restaurant. We had family traveling from out of town and needed a... place to meet that was centrally located and the staff was WONDERFUL and very accommodating. We had a party of 10. While theydon't take reservations we did call ahead to make sure we would not disrupt their flow with that big of a party. They said noproblem. The service was excellent and on point, the atmosphere was warm and inviting and the food was delicious! If you havenever had dessert with brunch, you should. They have a great selection of pies! A wonderful find. This place is well worth driving too just for the pies alone. Best peanut butter pie I have ever had and the... Rhubarb pie was great. Had their boasted chicken and it definitely was worth the wait. Their Reuben was served with the sauce onthe side so you could put as much on as you wanted. Everything was hot and fresh. The pies are made daily. Prices are good andservice is out standing. The staff was friendly, helpful and very efficient. Will defiantly be going back and taking friends andfamily. Read more
