The service here has improved so much lately and the food quality has gotten better. The sign said there was new management so I... imagine that was the problem before and why it went so downhill in the first place. The staff is super friendly andaccommodating. Food was good and it was nice to sit in and eat, was a good environment and the staff seemed genuinely happy andnot forced. Read more
Very poor service. Waited at the speaker over 5 minutes. No one took my order I drove up to the windowset there for 5 or more... minutes. There was 3 workers in there I blowed my horn they act like they didn't see me. So I went back around to the speaker &there was a guy waiting. So we set there & I told him they won't answer. 2 others cars behind me. So the guy pulls out to leaveso I pull back up to the window tried to get their attention. They look right at me & turns around. As I was pulling away beingmad the girl with the speaker phone opens the window. Laughing saying I'm sorry. She said she will still take my order. I toldher she just lost a customer & the 2 cars that was in back of me, they backed up & left. I told her no ordering here. But youjust lost 4 customers. Read more
Having a cheat day and ordering a spicy chicken sandwich only to get a tiny regular chicken sandwich with no pickles in weird... packaging and lathered in mayonnaise. I would give zero if I could awful awful awful! Urine on the bathroom floor and the staff didn't put the toilet paper in the... dispenser they laid it on the bar and I realized my young daughter was using it with blood all over the side of it. Reported itto the night manger she shrugged it off. Waited over a half hour to go remove the to of toilet paper. The food was awful myhusband's sandwich was disgusting. We ordered sandwiches and fries. Sandwiches were cold. Two were supposed to have heavy onion and they only put one single onion... on each sandwich. The fried we're cold and dropped I'm the fryer too many times before serving them. We'll be going toMcDonald's from now on. Read more
This was definitely not a good BK experience. I don't know where the owners are with this franchise but they need to make more... of an effort! My husband and I went in to get the Bacon King burger, which we love and have had great ones elsewhere. Theygave us two burgers that were obviously left over from the night before. They weren't even warm. The bacon was from last nightas well and definitely not the good stuff! The slice of cheese wasn't even melted! I took them back up and asked for new ones,praying they wouldn't spit on them! We sat down and ate and watched as at least four other people went up to get new burgers orget missing food from their orders! Used the restroom, which was filthy with urine on the floor! Seriously!
