Just not the same feeling since ownership change
Sign up advertising buy fountain drink and bag of Ray's chips for $1.99. Got that, went to register and cashier proceeds to ring... up items. We said they were both for $1.99. She said, "That was May's sale. " I said it is almost July! She looked at me andsaid, it's still June. Apparently she has no idea what customer service is or that the point is that the sign is still up onJune 30 and should have been honored. Bad customer service. Read more
