Stopped in for my all time favorite breakfast. I get the all star breakfast. Eggs over easy with sausage and grits. With the... waffle man its so good and this waffle house is as good as any I've ever been In. If you haven't tried the waffle house you aretruly missing out. I stop whenever I'm close and need sone good breakfast and have time to sit down and eat. Read more
Busy when we arrived, but well staffed. Our wait for our food was normal, not long at all. Excellent service.
Our waitress was nice and attentive. There was nothing wrong with our food, so kudos to the cook as well. My complaint was that... the restaurant was just not clean. The floors were wet (not from mopping, but here's a * for using the wet floor signs). Thebooth dividers and windows were covered with pediatric artistry of an unknown medium. The menus were disgusting. It looked likeneither had been wiped down in days. I am definitely a big Waffle House fan, and I understand a busy day in the serviceindustry. But come on folks. It was a Tuesday night at 10:30. There were plenty of people there to do the basics, like make itsafe to come in and enjoy a meal. I would be embarrassed to invite someone into my kitchen or dining room with it looking likethat. And if you need to have someone hang out there all night, he should be made to play the jukebox instead of his phone wideopen overriding any conversation actual paying patrons were trying to have. Look I give it four stars because there were some issues. None with the food. People were nice and I would go there again. I'm... certainly not going to give it a comparison to a more expensive restaurant that's just not realistic. But for relatively fastfood that's hot tastes pretty good. And is it too complicated? There's nothing wrong with coming here. Read more
Waffle house on hwy 411 is top notch. The food is very good, even presentation on plate is good, servers are attentive,... restaurant is clean. Food seems to taste better. Other waffle houses in town need to be cleaned up, updated. Food preparationneeds to be improved. Some of the servers at these other restaurants are great, some need more "customer service" training.
