It's been a long time since I've eaten at a Huddle House. I don't if it was just this location or if they're all like this, but... it had a relaxing atmosphere. It wasn't go go go like other similar chains. I had the turkey sandwich w/ bacon lettuce andtomato, loved it. Read more

Went to the huddle House for the first time. Probably after church got out, place was packed pretty noisy. Our waitress Amy was... attentive. Food was decent. Deducted a star only because it took 40 minutes to get our food. Other than that, good job. Read more

Got there at 5 pm. The Christmas Parade started at 6pm. There couldn?t have been more than five tables of people, so there were... a lot of open tables. AN HOUR SHOULD HAVE BEEN PLANTY OF TIME TO EAT AND THEN SOME. Placed our order at 5:10. It got to be 5:50when we just couldn?t wait any longer and had 3 kids who were starving at that point, not to mention 2 adults who weren?t ableto take a lunch break and hadn?t eaten all day. We were told, ?I?m sorry. There were online orders that suddenly come in.?Excuse me?!?! When you have customers in your establishment that took time to actually come in and sit down instead of justplacing an online order, there is ZERO reason that they should have their food made before the actual people sitting in therestaurant. That?s also a very terrible excuse after we were told ?your food is coming out? around 5:30 and not told anythingelse until 5:50 when we finally had to ask. Also mind you the waitress had been to the table 3 times in between 5:30 and 5:30without mentioning anything about the food or why it was taking so long. We walked out. That?s AWFUL customer service. That wasmy very first time inside that Huddle House since I just moved to Cedartown a few months ago. I will not be going back becausethey very clearly do not care at all about the people eating inside their own establishment. i work in customer service everysingle day and I couldn?t imagine ever letting that happen. If I could have given it a 0 out of 5 I would have. I can say thewater I had was very good though, surprisingly at this point. Pathetic. Read more
