The food was good and it was ready and hot when I got there for pick up.
i placed a pickup order online, i went to go pick it up through their drive through i sat there. watched the delivery driver... come back pick up a new order go deliver it and come back all in the time i sat there. 20 minutes goes by and a tall blonde witha tattoo on her forearm finally announces to her crew and asks ?has anyone helped her? no one responds and she goes back to whatshe is doing and i sit there for 20 more minutes totaling out at 40 minutes and still no one came to the window to ask me what iwas waiting on or to figure out why i sat in their drive through window for 40 minutes? i then decide to drive around and parkand i walk inside the building to get my order and i see the same tall blonde with a tattoo on her forearm taking the order ofthe car that was behind me for the whole 40 mins i originally sat there for. this girl then preceded to find my order and tiptoearound to get her younger crew member to hand me my food and guess what my food was cold when recieved it because it was readyfor a whole HOUR before someone decided to help me but i didn?t say anything to her or her managers. i could have ruined theirnight for them but they decided to ruin my day so i just left as a teen with anxiety i respectfully hope you get fired. After ordering for delivery for over 2 years now, we called today to place an order and they will nolonger deliver to us.... We... looked up how far Dominoes will usually deliver and it said 6 to 7 miles, WE LIVE 3 MILES AWAY.... So to be fair we called backand hoped they had keyed in our address wrong, nope, they wont deliver. So we asked how far they go outside the location fordelivery and they said " its depends on which direction" WHAT???? So if we lived to their right 6 miles away we could getdinner, but not 3 miles to the left.... Aggravated. Gave 3 stars only bc the young lady on the phone was nice. But a businessshould not cut off loyal customers. Read more
Drivers are constantly parking in the ADA mandated handicapped spots, denying those of us in wheelchairs access. Manager was... rude, condescending and said sarcastically that maybe they would have a job when I chose to walk again. Read more
I ordered a half pepperoni half cheese (I can't eat meat anymore unfortunately). They cut my pizza in a weird way instead of... between the pepperoni and cheese halves and what cheese only pieces I did have were burnt. This was my first and last visit tothis restaurant. I absolutely hate giving bad reviews, but this was ridiculous. Read more
