I recommend making a reservation so that you know you definitely be able to get in when you want. So I went when it first opened... up. My husband and were made to feel welcome. We had a nice view of the road. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Nice friendlyother guests seating around us. The server were great the food was amazing. Absolutely outstanding! I can't remember the last time I was in a restaurant & ate my entire pasta entree. Goat cheese curds as... the app & creme brulee to top off our Anniversary night. They gave us basil cinnamon ice cream since it was our Anniversary.Food was absolutely delicious & we should have come sooner as this was our first visit. Staff was attentive & the atmosphere iscozy. My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful meal at Brandywine on a Friday night. We each ordered something different and enjoyed every... bite. The drinks were also quite delicious. 2 stars ONLY due to the short and curt service. The food was excellent?wonderful selections. However, the timed seating and... several reminders from the host and server of the time limit made it and unpalatable experience. There?s nothing worse thanbeing rushed to make it feel as if though you were eating at a facade of a nicer dining experience. My sister and I had a night out together and looked forward to dining here after shopping. First the good - the food was great,... the ambience is very attractive and our server Chloe was very attentive. Should have made for a great dining experience. The bad- the hostess was short with us and rude. Before we even sat down we were told there would be a time limit on our table!! Notexactly a relaxing way to start your evening. My husband and I eat out frequently, and NEVER has this happened to us, regardlessof what the owner/manager of Brandywine claims is normal restaurant protocol. On top of that we were seated at a high top whileothers were being seated at tables. I had made the reservations early in the week and no one had advised I would need to requesta table. If I want to sit at a high top I will go to a sports bar. This is not what I expect from a high-end restaurant with aprice point to match. The staff did relent and eventually seated us at a table, but advised that it had a shorter time limit onit. Needless to say we felt rushed and the whole experience left us soured on coming back. I might suggest to management thatyou advise people when they make reservations of your time limit and policies for tables - the whole thing was so off-putting.As far as your hostess, she was far from welcoming and as the first point of contact with your restaurant made a poorimpression. Very good food and one of the best crème brulée we've eaten. Not giving a five stars because the hostess service was not good.... In fact, the lady at the entrance did not seem to want to host anyone. Read more
Overall a very nice experience. We ate from their New Years Eve menu and the courses were well prepared and tasty. The parsnip... soup was real good and the pappardelle pasta was excellent. Very creative cocktails helped us get ready to ring in 2022. Alsohave to give a shout out to our server, Stephanie, for her friendly efforts. Read more
10/10 will visit again with a reservation. Random birthday celebration for a coworker landed us here. The staff got us a seat... at the bar for our trio and we had a wonderful time visiting over some very delicious large tapas style offerings. Streetparking can be limited because this place is pretty hip. Pictures don?t do the food justice because of the dim romanticlighting. Food and drinks were divine. Higher price point but quality worth it. Read more
