Great when my order is correct. Getting fed up with the minimum of one mistake per order, at this location, these several past... times. Don't get me wrong, I'm very fond of Culver's but this is too annoying for the price. Latest order was two burgers withonly bacon. Who... lemme stress this one, WHO orders a burger no bun??? Food tastes great, cost is reasonable, but service was horrible. Friend specifically said no onions on her burger and she wanted... pickles; her burger had no pickles and lots of onions. I ordered two meals for myself and another friend, they forgot one of themeals. When I reordered, they gave us the wrong food. I would've complained to the (shift?) manager, but it was the manager whomessed up all of our orders. Also, many other customers had incorrect orders, but they weren't that busy (around 2pm). Food was good, took a few to get our food brought to us. Kinda wondered if they forgot us. Dinning area needed a little TLC, but... overall clean. Bathroom definitely needed help. Nothing to awful to keep me from not going back. Read more
Holiday weekend-Friday! The restaurant and drive through were super busy. I ordered a kids cheeseburger with everything but... onion and extra crispy fries. As far as fast food goes, probably my favorite stop, especially when traveling. Can always count on friendly fast service. It's... nice that you can order at the front and go sit down & they will bring the food to your table. Restrooms always clean. Frozencustard delicious! Some will have walleye fillets during the local fishing season in addition to their usual cod - so check thatout if you like fried fish. Their salads are also very fresh and delicious if looking for more healthy meal. Read more
