This the second time I?ve ordered delivery from this location and both times the food wasn?t even edible and items paid for... were missing. Nacho fries cold, no cheese sauce, chulpa had TWO pieces of steak and was all lettuce, 5layer burrito was allbeans. This location is terrible. Read more

Out of half the menu, slow and stingy with sauce. Do better! From the top to the bottom. I knew I would have regretted going to... taco bell. Especially this location. Everytime I drive by the line is almost into the street. Must be tough working there. Read more
I really love Taco Bell! Unfortunately, I've just had one bad experience after another at this location on 1st ave. The last... couple of times I've been there, the quality of food was terrible. The people seem to be really friendly but maybe they are justunderstaffed? I'm not sure. Stopped by for lunch and they had a sign on the door saying they were short staffed so you had to order via the kiosks. They had... two kiosks but one was "under maintenance" and the kiosk was missing some menu items, namely the deluxe cravings box. Soordering took alittle longer than usual. But after my order, my food came out quick and was made well. But if there's a line itmight be some time before you get to order if there's only one available kiosk. In summary, food was good but dine in is quitelacking. I would recommend ordering online and picking it up or just use the drive through. Read more
2:30 on a Saturday on a Saturday I say again the lobby is closed fully staffed Taco Bell the door was open I walked in I stood... there for like 5 minutes I counted at least five employees working in the back drive-thrus got three cars in it and the ladywalks up and says I'm sorry our lobbies closed and I said why and she said because our lobby is closed. And I said why wouldyour lobby be closed you realize the pandemics over right looks like you're fully staffed and you can't take an order as Ikindly walked away and walked out the door she slammed the door behind me and locked it. Cashier was very sweet and polite in the the drive thru. The naked chicken taco was excellent. I have always been a taco bell... fan, but they took most of my favs off the menu (bring back green sauce!!!) The commercial did their job and I wanted to tryone. Honestly surprised how good it was, lol, fried chicken breast as shell was crispy, but meat was tender . Sauce is nice andspicy, I think it's a jalapeño/avocado flavor and the lettuce, tomato and cheese were fresh and the combo ...just great. I havebought 2 since, one at a different location didn't come with the cardboard container and was a little harder to eat but ok.Went a few days ago and got another from this location and was as good as rhe 1st one. They took my money and didn't give me my food or my money back. The last 3 times I've gone to this location they have been... closed during lunch time on a weekday. They let me order and pay through the mobile app, I drove out of my way to get it, thenfind out they're closed. No one answers the phone. I've put in several support tickets and none have been responded to. Idecided after a week to give it another shot. Surprise, they were closed at lunch time on a weekday again. I have spent a bit ofmoney at Taco Bell and they will not get anymore from me until they correct this issue. The other locations are 10x better thanthis one. Absolutely unacceptable to let a customer pay for lunch, have them find out the store is closed, then don't give themtheir money back. Read more
