Morning crew is normally slow so if you want a drink I would allow 20 extra minutes + .... the order is usually correct and the... cashier working was fast and friendly but the 2 younger girls making drinks were less focused on their work and more focused onchatting and laughing.... Read more
During a lunch rush, a single employee handled the rush, dealt with broken equipment, brushed off an extremely rude patron, and... still got my large order perfect. She was smiling and laughing through it all. I wish she had her name tag so I could give herproper dues. Definitely repeat business. Read more
Laura, Nico, and all the rest of the staff at this location are awesome. Never had an issue and they're always smiling when they... say hi. Couldn't ask for more than that! I just wish they all got the same treatment that official Starbucks employees got. Theyonly get what hyvee offers but work harder than most barista employees I've dealt with. Keep on smiling ladies!
