As soon as we started ordering the woman working the window would ask after everything we ordered ?anything else? without... letting us finish. Once we get to the window she barely speaks to us, my fiancé asked for sauce and she proceeded to close thewindow as he?s talking to her. The once we get our food my fiancé asked for more sauce because she literally gave him a singleranch while we had three orders. And gave us two cocktail sauces and two bbq sauce once he asked for another ranch she asked forsome sauces back leaving me with one bbq and one cocktail for three Orders ? Also while we were waiting at the window she justsat there on her phone. And I didn?t get my fries or my biscuit with my meal. And my fiancés Mac and cheese was like rubber.Never going back Read more
The service is always awful. They act like you are bothering them by ordering good. They don't listen to what you requested and... then get rude when you correct them. The food is great but you need to hire people who actually want to work with customers. Read more
Closing a couple hours early is a regular occurrence at this location. Either the staff has absolutely no work ethic and thinks... closing 2 or more hours early is just an acceptable thing for a business to do when the hours are posted until 10pm, or morelikely the people managing the place have some major issues with keeping employees. Its not a matter of supply issues anymore.Most places have resolved those issues months ago. I will be surprised if this location is still a Popeyes in 5 years. I wentdown the road to KFC where people seem to want to be paid instead of going home early, or again more likely, the managementknows how to run a location. Read more
I used the drive thru, I appreciate it when they let you know they will be right with you instead of letting you just hang... there... The young man who waited on me was not overly friendly, but no where near rude. I did get, though, a slightly warm-ishsandwich, no napkins and no utensils for my side dish. The sandwich was delicious none the less, just wish I could have had a goat the coleslaw. Could have been better, but I have had way worse! Read more
