We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. One was wrong. Called shop and they offered to make and deliver new pizza or give us credit.... They were very customer service minded and apologized for the mess up. That goes a long way in my book. Read more
Absolute worst pizza hut every! All 3 pizzas were made incorrectly. When I called to inform them I was hung up on while... explaining what was wrong. Called back spoke to manager who literally drilled me about the pizzas. Called my phone back 2 times.Once to ask for incorrect pizzas back(no problem we didn't want them obviously). Then his unprofessional staff argued how it wasmade. He calls back AGAIN saying there was supposed to be bacon on the pizza and that wasn't even on there! You could be open when I arrive at the location where my pizza said it would be available and ready at the specified time. I... arrived at 8:45 pm, an employee turned off the lights and watched me walk up to the door. They got on their bike and rode off.Posted hours state open until 11pm. The pizza was cooked and delivered with ultimate speed! It was so fast, the pizza was still so hot, we had to blow it off for... our toddlers! It always comes hot and ready to eat.
