After a long day in the hospital with my grandmother I needed a quick dinner before heading to my second job. I stopped into... Pancheros and those poor workers were so swamped with online orders that nobody even had time to greet me or take my order.After 5 minutes of patiently waiting I walked out. I bet they all let out a sigh of relief. Ended up with a slice of pizza and awater from Casey's. Pancheros needs to find a better way to handle online and in person orders. Read more

Didn't get all my food then they don't anwser the phone. Finally when I get through they say not my prob here's a phone number.... Not cool. I order food I pay for the food I just want the food. Bad customer service. Read more

Service was HORRIBLE. Definitely won't recommend coming here. I stated we were dining in and they RUDELY put our items in a bag.... And one of the workers was just the definition of rude. The vibe was off and I 10/10 do NOT recommend eating here. Edgewoodpacheros is so much better. Read more

Staff was very rude and created a very tense atmosphere. No one ever smiled, and the manager was openly yelling at the other... employees in front of customers. We waited a long time as they continued to fill online orders instead of helping us. We endedup leaving with no food. I don't write reviews very often, but I cannot recommend this location to anyone. I really am sorry ifthey are short-staffed, but the way they interacted with each other and customers was terrible. Read more

I ordered online at 8:13 and my order said it would be ready at 8:25 I came in at 8:22 and my order wasn?t even being made, I... told them who I was and it took them another few minutes to start preparing my order. As I was watching them make it the guy whowas working changed the trash bag with his gloves on and then proceeded to touch our food with the same gloves, none of themeven said sorry about it taking so long and mostly ignored us laughing amongst themselves. When we walked in, they just stared at us & gave us dirty looks. 1 out of the 2 employees continued to ignore us... and mop the floor, as if that was clearly more important that us and super urgent :) Then they argued about who would take ourorder in front of us.
