Ordered right at lunchtime. 12:30p.m. The quarter pounder was cold. Hard and not melted cheese. The fish sandwich was also cold... with tartar sauce, somehow, all over the outside of it. Staff was...there. not acknowledgement. No "you're welcome" after mythank you. Kinda rude. Read more
Waited extra time for dinner (drive thru) I was given a McChicken instead of a 10-piece Nuggets. Drove back, made them aware of... the mistake, and they corrected it. However, I ended up with a cold sandwich, cold nuggets, cold fries, and not a single word ofapology. By the time I realized it was all cold, I was back on the highway and didn't have time to go back and be disrespectedagain. Read more
Always forgets something when doing curbside pickup. This time we waited 15 minutes and STILL had to go back in and get my own... sodas. Not worth the Rewards. Culver's tastes better, nicer people and better ingredients. I think I'm done eating atMcDonald's, this just pushed me into that decision. Read more
Not busy. Tons of employees inside. They took the order 3 times and still couldn?t get it right. Paid with a credit card and... nobody knew how to refund the messed up order, so they gave me back a partial refund in cash. Cold fries. They delivered theorder without the kid?s meal. Read more
It's a shame to walk in a restaurant and see three people leaning on a counter and the ENTIRE lobby is dirty. Drink station... DIRTY. Tables most DIRTY. Floors DIRTY. Dead bugs on the floor. June 12th 2022 3:45 pm. I was at front counter and was approached by a very aggressive impolite, rude staff member. She muttered... "you must use kiosk, I can't do 3 4 5 things!" With a really unfriendly, unwilling to help expression and in front of anothercustomer as if i was her little child. I totally understood these timing but she could've just ask without an attitude orunpleasant expression. I simply walk out, with a staff like that running the restaurant, would the food taste good had I orderit? I don't think so. Back in my days working for McDonald's in the 90s I burned myself on the grill flipping 29 centshamburgers and 39 cents cheeseburgers on deal days. I don't remember myself giving any customers experience where they simplywalk out. That's asham. I travel for work and if you folks from here ever go west, visit IN and OUT burgers, After thisexperience here from this restaurant, I really miss them. But don't get me wrong there are great McDonald's employees, it's justthat they're really rare now. Read more
This location is not handicap accessible! The door they have the sticker on has no buttons, it's in the drive thru lane and the... cutout is not in front of the door, it is a 6" step up with a walker in our case, no wheelchair will go over it either, makingit even harder to get to! The only plus is that when we made it past the obstacles, the bathroom was very close. The other doormay have been easier, but still no buttons. Please fix this issue! Read more
They weren't very busy at all but I had to just stand at the counter for quite some time before anyone said anything to me and... then I couldn't get my order taken. The girl with the head band just kept opening bags and staring at a screen. The person onfry would walk from the fryer to the little counter by drive thru and just sit there. I have no idea why someone couldn't justtake my order. I won't be going back until this crew is gone. Absolutely terrible service. Read more
