There's one cashier that works mornings, has such an infectious personality. Gives a warm good morning to every customer with a... huge smile. This morning he was singing Picture by Cheryl Crow and Kid Rock. It was EXACTLY the boost I needed this morning. Igrabbed my purple Monster listened to his singing as I walked the store. The old grumpy guy Howard should not be working customer service! He is extremely rude and unprofessional! I will not go back to... this store as long as he is employed there! I called and talked to the manager and he told me that he would fire him if he couldbut the G.M. wont let him. He said he is well aware of the frequent problems that Howard has with the customers. When Cedar Rapids list all its good top tier gas stations, Kum & Go opened up. The people are friendly, they work hard, and keep... the store cleaned and stocked. There's a lot of variety in the convenience section. It's easy to get in and out of the pumps andback out onto the street. This station is definitely top tier. Read more
Didn?t have Kum and Go where I?m from so I didn?t know what to expect. They?re super fancy and clean, just like a Kwik Star.... They have a wide variety of food and drinks and their coffee is decent. I mostly just wish they had Top Tier gas. Read more
I always get a cup of to pour my bottle pop in the guy charged me for my cup. Usually I dont care i made the statement that the... Kum & Go that I normally go to dont charge me. He preceded to argue with me. Not offer a bag to put my pop in. I walked out thedoor cause I dont have time to argue with rude employees. Went back in to get a bag and he continued to argue and gives me alittle bag which he tossed at me when I asked for a bigger bag he tossed the little one to the side and then tossed the biggerbag at me. I love blairs ferry rd marion ia but I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO 32ND ST.AND 1ST AVE.. have been going there since they opened... and the guy says $2.17 i said for a refill in my kum and go mug for 32 oz coffee..NOT!!! Read more
