At 8:30 I gone to pick up dinner. At the time I was ording they couldn't fill my order. On the window it said open till 900. I... didn't get asked if I could wait for it to make more. So I got what they had because I had to feed the family. I looked in andsaw the warm was off so when I got home everything was cold. I only live down the street from it. At times I would go by forlunch and they are close at like 12 or 1 in the afternoon. If I was you I would not go to this KFC. Might as well not even be a fast food place anymore. Sat in the drive thru for 15+ Mins along with 5 other cars only to finally... get to the speaker, ?how may I take your order?? Started saying my order only to be told ?chicken will be a 20 minute wait? ????You only serve chicken and there?s a wait?? 5+ cars also waiting parked in the lot. Say I waited that 20 minutes? who?s to saythere?s chicken for me after getting to everyone else who has been waiting before me? just a joke. New management is needed atthis location badly. Read more
10:50 in the morning. Google says you're open at 10:30. Doors are locked, nobody answers at the drive-thru, yet there's somebody... standing in the drive-thru watching me drive by, then looked away as though he did not notice me. What a disheartening experience. I placed my order at the drive-thru. There were 2 cars ahead of me & it took 15 minutes for me... to get to the window. While waiting I noticed 2 customers & the mailman trying to get inside. Both doors were locked (eventhough the sign on each door said they were open for dine-in). Once I fot to the window I asked if he knew the doors werelocked & that customers & the mailman tried to get in? He looked away & snipped, "I sure do!". The girl put my order together& set it on the counter beside him. He walked right past it & I waited another 5+ minutes before he came back & gave me myorder. He was VERY rude. I will not be back.
