Grabbed a QUICK cup of coffee from the app thru the drive thru & I'm not good with the app.!! So at the window asked if some... Cinnamon could be hit on top quickly & the lady relayed & it was complete absolutely no fuss..!! Sweetness also given in pup???? cups to my Demon (Pomeranian) & Zoey (Papillion). !! My first time here BEST Dunking I have ever been to.!! & I'm a driverso I swing thru many in different cities / locations.!! Cedar Rapids on Edgewood across from WalGreens. The women working thisSaturday were so sweet / happy & friendly..!!! They don't realize how much they improved a horribly sad day for me ~~ I wascoming from giving my Angel (13 yr old Pomeranian) her wings after she had gotten ill & wasn't recovering & my horribly harddecision. The woman who takes me quite often on my med. rides. Treated me to breakfast at Dunkin Donuts. She has done this quite a few... times. really love this woman. She has also spoiled me big time to taking me for breakfast or if I need something she willalways take me to where I have to go. She is just a beautiful person! My whole purpose for saying this is to say this. If youhave never had something to eat breakfast wise you have to go there one day and order a egg ???? with egg on it. and oh my goshthey are to kill for!! They soak their bacon in syrup overnight and then put it on your egg croissant and she always orders aXtra order of bacon for our sandwiches. Very addictive! I promise you will be hooked! Now I'm wanting one lol!!! Well enough ofthat ppl. Got to make a couple important phone calls. Everyone enjoy the rest of your evening!!! I'm going thru some seriousissues. One is my cancer Dr's. nurse called me and said Dr. Sanchez wants to see me asap. Well I have been very scared justknowing it's bad news so I have been avoiding him. Charged for a muffin I didn?t receive, sandwich was supposed to be on a croissant and it was a hard as a brick burned bagel,... doughnuts were not what I ordered and what I got were disgusting old doughnuts. Hash browns were soggy at least two days old.Don?t order from this store! Read more
Poor customer service, served burnt Hash browns and when we told them they proceeded to give us a second order of burnt hash... browns. They gave us a medium milk with barely any matcha even though we asked for a matcha latte. Overall you?re better goingto the one on Blairsferry Read more
One of my favorites. Love my coffee. Tried the Brown sugar cold brew with sweet cold foam. Yum. I will order it again! Weekend... staff alway are quick to offer a pup cup and my dog...loves to hear "lets go to Dunkin" Can you say spoiled. Great service! Read more
Go about 3-4x a week and get a large black coldbrew, half the time it?s great the other half it tastes like water and looks like... iced tea:/ employees are always great though. My favorite coldbrew when it?s made correctly! Read more
