This is two orders of cheese sticks??? I called and complained and Stefan argued with me about how he cut them correctly and... this is how they are suppose to be. I am very very disappointed with this location. The last time I ordered a pizza at this place, I arrived at the promised time... and went to the pickup counter and no employees even acknowledged me or looked in my direction. I had to go to the cashierbecause the two girls in the pizza making area were completely ignoring me, just speaking loudly about their personal lives. Thecashier told me that the pizza wasn't ready and it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. I decided to wait inside but it actuallytook another 20 minutes plus. I would have left if I hadn't already paid online. When the pizza was finally done the girl thatcooks the pizzas just handed it to me without saying a word, no apology, no "have a nice day," nothing. I am less disappointedin how long it took the pizzas and more disappointed in the absolutely atrocious customer service at this location. (Editingthis to add that this store is very cramped and dirty. You're better off driving 2 minutes down the road to the 8th Avenuestore). Read more

Ordered a taco pizza from the 6th st SW store. Absolutely the worse taco pizza I have gotten from here. Asked to have it cooked... for a few minutes longer than normal. The pizza was snow white limp. It lacked any real amount of lettuce and chips andtomatoes. Called the store and guy acted like he could care less. I am going to take it to the store tomorrow and show themanager exactly what I am talking about. Oh and no taco sauce. Guess I will take the time to look next time. Read more
Not happy at all about what i witnessed in this store last night. The older of the two gentleman working last night about 10 pm... was restocking napkins in the dispensers on the counters. He dropped one napkin at the first location he was at and reached overwith his foot slid it out where he could reach it and picked it up put it in the middle of the pile he was putting in therdispenser. Then he walked over to another location closer to the registers and dropped one on the way there. The othergentalmen working and his friend not a employee said hey you dropped one. So the older employee goes to it picks it too up andputs it in the dispenser. Smh Read more
