Definitely enjoyed our meal at Bop's. We tried their Detroit style for the first time. I loved the sauce and the cheese and... the way everything caramelized. The crust was a bit heavy/bready for someone who likes a thinner crust/lower carbs so while itwas very good, it won't be my first choice next time. We will definitely order the cheesy bread again. I even snagged some oftheir delicious frosted sugar cookies to bring home. The staff was amazing! Read more

Far more spacious than you are lead to believe from the outside. Ample seating withartwork pieces that are completed puzzles. You have table seating on one side and booth seating on the other. ?Customer ServiceRating - 5? Once the family and I entered Bop's, we were promptly greeted by smiling faces. The gentleman cooking the pizzaswaved and said hello with a big smile. It was like we knew each other (in all honesty); we did think we knew each other; I'mpretty sure it's a kindred spirit thing. They offered to cut it into eight pieces which workedperfectly for us. It was so good that I was trying to keep my expectations down on the pizza. We ordered a New York: Queen Margherita Five cheese blend, fresh Mozzarella, Roma Tomato & Fresh Basil Anda Detroit-style Pepperoni (this style can take between 35-40 minutes), but you can't rush perfection! I would wait all day,every day, for that pizza ;). If you are in a rush, it might be best to order ahead. It was fantastic! As some have said, thetomato sauce is just perfect, I was hoping it would be amazing, and it was). It balances the sweet and salty so well. One cantell this is made fresh and in-house.
