these people stole my money. i placed my order during the drive thru during the night shift and they were nice and all but they... didnt give me my receipt. when i got home they messed up my whole order so i tried calling but no one answered. i called 17times and they answered didnt say anything and hungup and when they did speak the refused to give me a managers name or evenspeak to one. i gave them my name and i was told to come back for a new order and wgen i tried to the manager refused to replacemy order. she was so rude and kept rolling her eyes at me with very bad attitude. i would never go to this place again. ivenever had such bad experience at a fast food place before. she even made me pay again for the whole order. mcdonalds is betterthan this place and that says alot. Worst customer service I have had in a long time. Gave me the wrong order and did not give me a receipt then refused to correct... their error because I didn?t have a receipt. Then they proceeded to tell me it was my fault this happened. Very rude andunwilling to help their customers with issues. Read more

I love Wendy's chili cheese fries. They are one of the few places I know of that use real chili and real cheese. The service was... friendly and fast. And I got to try the new strawberry Frosty for dessert. It's not as good as the chocolate but still yummy onits own. Read more
I'm not sure what happened to this wendy's. The soft drink machine was broken. There were no napkins, straws, etc. The place... was filthy. You actually stuck to the floor in a couple places. Dirt and food were all over the floor. I have no idea whathas happened to Wendy's. This isn't the first location that I have visited recently that had a broken drink machine and wasdirty. It appears that they have a serious management problem. If someone responsible were to walk into these places, theywould fix it immediately or shut it down. Read more
The staff was polite and the food was correct, there was just not very much attention paid to the presentation/Q.C. I have some... bacon cheddar french fries that tasted microwaved and all the cheese and bacon were clumped up in one corner leaving over halfwith nothing. I didn't visit during a lunch/dinner rush either so it's not like they were to busy to take the time to prepare myorder with a bit more care. Read more
I order consistently through Ubereats here and 9/10 times my order is incorrect and they forget things like sauces on the... burgers and add stuff I requested that they remove. Food often arrives cold and far from fresh. It's a shame as I really enjoytheir food but it's obvious the people behind the counter do not care about the quality of their service here. Read more
