We go to Takara once every week. We love the Texan and the Habana sushi rolls. Full bar for happy hour, perfect spot to have a... delicious and healthy lunch with a cocktail if you prefer. Service is fast, servers are kind and efficient, and food comes fast.Love this local spot. PS, my favorite is the spicy salmon from the happy hr menu :) Read more

Gorgeous venue! The atmosphere and service was wonderful even though the place was very busy. Their drinks were fantastic, would... definitely recommend. The steak was very well cooked and the presentation was beautiful. My wife said her Salmon was delicious. We went with the Creme Brulee for a desert and like everything else it did not disappoint. Definitely recommend this restaurant! Read more

Takara has become our go to sushi spot. We used to frequent another sushi restaurant in CP, but the ridiculous wait times sent... us searching for another place and that was a good thing as Takara is the superior choice! The sashimi is fresh. The gyoza soupis perfect. In short, everything we've tried has been excellent. And their reservation setup is MUCH friendlier. Highlyrecommended! Service is prompt, but they could be a little more welcoming. Sometimes it seems they are preoccupied. Price pointis fair as the quality is top notch. Read more

Amazing experience! The food is beyond amazing! Pricey, but what you would except for supreme sushi. Service is equally great!... Servers were very kind to us even though they were slammed (on a Tuesday, which they have all day happy hour!!). Definitelywould suggest for a nice date night. Read more

Nice ambiance with smooth jazz playing in the background. It was initially slow around 430p on Friday but quickly go busy. Our... waitress, Anna, was very attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating. The food was very good. I ordered the Bokum dish. Thedish was drowning in sauce which I dislike. However, overall it was a pleasant experience: I?ll skip the saucy dishes nexttime. Oh! Take a jacket! It was freezing in there! Read more

My wife had the sushi there one night. She liked it so much we had lunch there the next day. She was pleased once again. I had... the hot and sour soup and and the oven baked scallop risotto. Both were terrific. The setting is upscale and tastefully done. Mywife has several food sensitivities. They have a separate gluten free menu and our server, Linda (I think) was very nice, responsive, professional and knowledgable about the menu. We will be back. Read more

I visited this place with a small group for Happy Hour. Beautiful appointments and delicious food combine to make for a nice... meal here. Staff was friendly and capable, and the menu offered a variety of options, primarily Japanese. Adult beveragesincluded saki and more, nicely presented. I had the Coconut Prawns appetizer which was yummy with a delightful crispy crunch anda slightly citrus dipping sauce. Others enjoyed sushi, shrimp, edamame, tempura and more. Beautifully plated and presentedin the Japanese style. Prices are quite reasonable for a sit down venue with good service. Parking is wherever you find it inthe greater shopping area. Read more
