The slowest Taco Bell I've ever been in in my entire life. If you don't believe me, watch the security footage on 11/09/2022... from 2:30 PM to 3 PM CST. It took 40 minutes to get a chalupa. This goes to show that there is no such thing as a free lunch. Read more

Food order was wrong, instead of remaking it and throwing away old ones, the employees took it back and added to it. On top of... that, mexican pizza was flavorless and seemed like they used toritalla chips instead of normal tostada shell. Read more

Ordered online, pull up and see people in the store but they wouldn't answer the box, sat for 10 minutes, eventually knocked on... the window, as I'm filling this out someone just informed me they are closing early because they're short staffed. Closed early (b4 10:30pm when they're supposed to be open until 1am) due to only 1 person on staff. I get that, but no sign, no... communication at the drive thru. Apparently the general manager was there, but chose to stay in the car talking to theiremployee thru the drive thru window instead of addressing confused customers. When called to clarify, was told there wassupposed to be a sign. Ok.... Question: if there is 1person answering the phone, 1 at the window, AND the general manager, feellike 3 cars could have been handled or better communication could have occured. Took the wife and kid here to get some much needed tacos, I will always have a memory for this place because of how one of the... line cooks attitude was. He was very quick and very friendly towards us and the other customers in the store. Something about acook all the way in the back telling you to have a good day that actually makes your day good. If I could give absolutely no stars I would. I have been in food service for years and know to this date I?ve never met a team... of more incompetent people. Mentioned an allergy and requested none of the tacos have sour cream and every single one of themdid. I had called to complain and was met with a manager who seemed to berate us saying we didn?t say no sour cream when it wasindeed on the receipt. Offered to show a receipt and come back for a refund and was met with no cooperation. Completelyunprofessional will NOT return to this location for any reason if I wanted people to steal my money I would?ve left my wallet inthe lobby. Read more

Come on guys. I get it, the employees probably don't get paid the highest wages of all food service jobs, but this is just sad.... I used to come here pretty frequently for a short, cheap bite to eat. But 85% of the time, even with me repeating myselfmultiple times to clarify my order they always mess it up. It's almost always been this location too. Is there an open positionfor the person who checks the orders? And it's more than just an ingredient or two, they have put things I'm allergic to on myfood so often, and I just don't have time to go back in the line to get a refund when I have to go to work. Just don't go tothis specific location unless you have 30 spare minutes to order your food twice because it WILL happen. Read more

I?ve ordered from this location many times on their own app. The last 3 times they?ve gotten my order extremely wrong and they... won?t respond to me on getting it fixed or getting a refund. I?ve definitely lost over 55+ bucks. I even contacted the helplineand tried contacting their store and no one has gotten back to me. It?s been about a month and a half. I mean my last order wasalmost entirely wrong except for one burrito. I had ordered enough food for three people. I really wouldn?t eat here.
