Stood alone in the lobby for over five minutes. Shouted "hello" twice and no one ever came to serve me. Finally, the phone began... ringing and an employee came out. They were apologetic and told me their doorbell wasn't working and they didn't hear me comein. However, the two times I shouted "hello" were much louder than the phone ringing...
