Employee insisted that bc this Starbucks kiosk owned by ?target? that an americano is now charged for nondairy milk (though less... than two ounces). Employee argued and additionally used lukewarm water not priming the hot water tap and using excessive milkmaking the americano (also arguing a tall gets one shot)(it?s an americano not a latte). All in front of other customers.Starbucks kiosks inside of malls grocery stores and retail stores still must craft Starbucks beverages to standard bc targetdoes not invent the way drink recipes are. Otherwise it would be a target coffee kiosk and not a target serving Starbuckscoffee. Either way frustrated in that spent money. And that an employee argues not even knowing the recipe. Charging a beverage3-4 dollar range over 6$ Read more

I had the best experience I've ever had at a Starbucks today! Possible the best experience at a coffee shop. I walked in and... there were two people in front of me and one woman working by herself. Coffee shops are almost always minimally staffed andStarbucks in targets seem to be particularly so. I usually expect a bit of a wait but it doesn't bother me. The barista, Tori, was taking orders, making drinks, and keeping up conversation. She was calm, organized, and friendly despite having a line ofcustomers to deal with by herself. As a former barista myself I understand how difficult that is. After 3 years of experiencebehind the bar I never mastered the precise timing of taking orders and making drinks within a time frame that keeps everyonehappy. This girl had it down pat! Needless to say I was impressed. When it was my turn she was in the middle of making a drinkbut still made me feel like I had her full attention while she took my order. I had a fairly off menu request which sometimestakes people a minute (snickerdoodle iced latte with soy) but she got it immediately. She also complimented my hat which is oneof the quickest ways to my heart! I figured it would take her a bit to get to my drink but she had it made before I could evendecide where to sit! I'm very picky about my drinks (the barista curse) and normally Starbucks espresso isn't up to mystandards. More than once I've seen them leave my espresso shots to die a bitter death. I'm not exaggerating when I say thisdrink was perfect! Perfect espresso, perfect sweetness, perfect whip cream. I've only had drinks this good when I made themmyself! Tori has a very good work ethic and seems like a lovely person. She clearly holds herself to a high standard. Ipersonally recommend a raise! She definitely made my day. Read more

Spent 40 minutes in the drive-thru at this Starbucks this morning. Then when I finally get to the window I had to wait another... 4-5 minutes for my order?! If you aren't going to service your drive thru customers in a timely manner, then don't have adrive-thru. Went thru the nearby Chick-fil-A right after leaving Starbucks and was through the line and on my way with my orderin less than 10 minutes with just as many cars in the two drive-thru lanes. Ridiculous! Read more

Granted it's Saturday. My barista was rude as hell. My order was misplaced; no apology whatsoever. Everybody that was behind me... had their order. She literally just threw the cup down in front of me. Never going back. So sad that they know customer serviceisn't necessary because it's Starbucks. Read more

This places gets busy on weekends when people are out shopping, but the drive thru is surprisingly speedy. I was there during... the worst of the Xmas shopping season and didn't have to wait long. The cars kept moving. The coffee was good too. Read more
