Starbucks needs to retrain their employees I am so tired of coming to get my favorite drink and it comes out nothing like my... drink. This is suppose to be the toasted vanilla shaken espresso. Tonight i was having a really challenging time, my special needs son just got out of the hospital at 8:55 P.M. He is severely... autistic and absolutely LOVES the birthday cake pops, cookies, pretty much everything. I wanted to stop and get him somethingthat would help cheer him up but i saw Starbucks closed at 9.. i called and explained what happened, they immediately said theywould wait for me to get there and they did. I pulled up to the speaker to let them know i was there and they had it ready forme, i had my payment method ready and he told me not to worry about it.. I was so blown away. He then gives me a Starbucks cup.I was instantly even more wowed, it made my night. I called my husband on my way home and sobbed to him because as it may seemlike a small gesture, it was HUGE to me.
