Lowering my review from 5 years ago. See picture of my LARGE Chili Cheese Tater Tots that cost $4.69. The container was not... even halfway filled. Counted 15 tots. Very disappointed. Guess I will check back in another 5 years. Read more

It?s not the staffs fault they are understaffed, it just randomly gets busy and it becomes overwhelming. Staff is courteous just... remind them if you ordered online that you?re there. Read more

This place is horrible. We?ve tried coming back multiple times to hopefully catch them on a better day. Not only do you have to... wait 45 minutes for a simple item, even after you purchase your food they don?t believe you when you?re missing items. Had towait an additional 20 minutes for the window person to come back just for them to ask for our receipt because ?it wasn?t on ourorder? just to show them the receipt to have them then take 10 minute to make that as well. Not only that, they handed ourshakes, and one of them had the lid off with ice cream dripping off from it. They do not care it?s not just a low staffing issuethey literally do not care at all. Also fries are stale. Haven?t touched our sandwiches yet, hopefully we have something rightwith those. Read more

I have really tried to give this location multiple chances, but every time I have had to wait nearly an hour just for a few... drinks. Store seems way under staffed and usually seems to have only one person running food. I've tried using the app to orderahead, but that also resulted in very long waits. Until staffing can be improved, I suggest going to another sonic. Read more

Location is managed so poorly. They don't stick to posted hours. Will open late and close early. They don't seem to pay... attention to app orders. At 20 minutes for drinks because they say we have to cancel on the app, but the app doesn't let youcancel. Read more

Save your money and go somewhere else, they lack the ability to get a single thing correct. Food is burnt and the Sonic blast... looks like it has been eaten out of previously when they served it to me. The franchise owner should be ashamed, there isabsolutely no form of customer service at this location and no pride is taken in the products that they serve. Your location istrash your service is trash your food is trash the fact that you take money from people and give them this in return shouldconstitute theft. Read more
