Medicore kolaches- hardly filled at all. Tried a few times due to hype and convenience. Drove up today at 1 pm. Waited 5 min. No... one showed and it wasn't busy. Overrated and won't be back. Read more
10 stars for customer service. Today I went through the drive through and ordered (or so I thought) 6 assorted donuts, 2 dozen... donut holes and 3 kolaches. The gentleman went and prepared the order and came back with two HUGE bags of donuts. "umm... wait,no. this is not what I ordered." Apparently he thought (or I said) that I wanted 6 dozen and I apparently was charged $75, whenI thought he said $17. Yeah. When I explained the mishap, he was quick to get me the partial refund and correct the order. Iknow that had to be a pain in the butt to him, and I'm sure part of it was my fault, because he repeated my order back to me ANDtold me how much I owed... and it wasn't until he handed it to me where I was like "wwwwaaaiiiitttt......" And he stillgraciously helped me. And for that, I'll be a customer for life at this location. THANK YOU! Read more
Bought donuts and kolaches for the office. The kolaches we're nice and hot, therefore they melted the icing on the donuts. The... donuts, although not pretty, tasted great. Read more
