Frequent this place for lunch. Never a wait to place your order. Staff is always nice. I usually get a small salad which is... plenty on its own. If I'm feeling super hungry I also get a cup of tomato soup. I always ask for pita chips so I can dip it inmy soup. Always fresh and clean there but It's always freezing tho so bring a sweater! lol. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Create idea of building your own salad. The small was filling for me and every bite felt worth not only... the money but my health. The people were nice and understood it was my first time and let me read everything as I picked mybase, toppings, and dressing. Expect to pay more for a protein but the quinoa and salmon were worth the extra bucks. When myfamily comes to visit I'm taking them here to try. ????? Delicious. Read more

I really enjoy Salata and the ability to totally customize my salad. The food always feels fresh and tastes delicious. I've been... enjoying Salata since this location opened. However! Their to-go orders need major improvement. Nearly every time I orderonline, my order is missing ingredients/items. Today was the first time I'd ordered in 2.5 months....I ordered a small saladthat was delivered to my work via DoorDash. I paid $23 for a small salad (including tip & fees) - and didn't receive anydressing at all?? How do you forget to put the dressing in at a SALAD place when it's on the ticket as you are going down therequested ingredient list? It would be nice if they would incorporate some QUALITY CONTROL at the end of the line, especially onto-go items where there's no way for their customers to remedy the issue (and who pay EXTRA for the convenience of delivery!).I'm disappointed. Salad was good. That being said, if management sees this, please make sure your employees are taking their time with orders and... not rushing. There was no one in the place when we ordered. The young man serving us was nice, but he was rushing and picking upevery ingredient with his gloves instead of using the scoops in each container. That's cross contamination. All the employeeswere rushing actually. The young man was rushing so much though that he had dropped my salad and had to make it over. He wasvery apologetic, but still rushing and I don't know why. We got about $90 worth of salads and items and the presentation couldhave been much better if they just took their time! Read more

I never get all the toppings I request, I didn?t get my fruit, cheese, chopped egg, cucumber. EVERYTIME they?re always missing.... I try to call the store number and it goes to VM. If I pay over $25.00 for a small salad I want my toppings Read more

Edit to add: I went to this location again after a while of not going and I was in line when I heard the manager threaten to... fire the cashier. He said a joke about something being a fireable offense and since it was her first mistake she would lot befired. The first time could?ve been a fluke but if you manager is joking about this and I?ve heard him twice I can?t imagine howold these ?jokes? must get to the staff. Why would anyone want to come to work where even jokingly they are told their job is onthe line in front of customers. I love this Salata location! The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. But I can?t stopthinking about the display I saw last night when I stopped in to pick up dinner. There was a female employee helping me andwhile I was checking out with the male manager I overheard the employee telling him that she forgot to clock in after lunch socould he adjust her time. They were not busy at that very moment but the she had to refill a lot of the ingredients whilehelping me so they must have had a rush before I came. The male manager replied, while wrapping up my salad, that he didn?t haveto change her time but since he was such a nice guy that he would. I hope the owners of this establishment know that labor lawsREQUIRE you to pay your employees for their time and not to be nice but bc it?s the law. I was disgusted that this person usedhis position to joke about not paying this hardworking employee for her time. Makes me never want to visit this or any locationin the future. Please inform your managers about general labor laws and requirements. I can?t see how that?s not covered as partof training. Read more

Salata is great! This new location is convenient for a quick, healthy bite while you're out shopping. Like Subway without the... bread but better. There are so many options to choose from! Several different areas loaded with vegetable and proteins. Get hereearly as the lines can get long at lunch rush hour. Read more
