I love cajun food. I generally like Popeye?s. Especially their Red Beans and rice. This one was not performing well. The... fried chicken was not spiced well. Worse the chicken was soggy. It's a fast food restaurant. Most of the times (8 out of 10) they will get the order wrong by missing a meal, giving a wrong... sandwish or missing pieces from a bucket of chicken. They never give the sauces we say we want (even though they ask which sauces to get), they always screw up the drinks somehow,... and they also manage to screw up the spice level every time. I always ask for spicy, and get mild. Or I ask for mild and getspicy. The fries are also almost always burnt, and they just have bad service overall. Read more

We just got home and opened our bag and our order is wrong. We live 40 minutes away. I specifically asked for no thighs and for... them to be substituted for legs and wings. I was told it would cost extra and I would need to wait an extra 10 minutes. I agreedand paid over $60. We waited 20 minutes extra and still the order was wrong, we got more thighs than anything else. I am nowtrying to call to let them know and their number says it cannot receive messages, ugh!!!!!! Just and update staff cant get any order right any time i went drive trough they can't get it right. They add stuff u didn't... order and u don't get stuff that u order.
