I haven't yet had a good experience here. In fact, I haven't yet even eaten here. Why? First time I visited, although they were... open, they had closed their entire ice cream section. Apparently they do this an hour before close but it isn't indicatedanywhere that I've seen. Also - why? Most recently I tried to visit and, despite it being 7:30pm and Google listing them asopen and the "Open" sign being on (see photo) AND the door unlocked, I walked in and was told they had closed at 7pm. Again -why? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. That'll be my last try as a customer, especially with DQ, Tiff's and Andy's so closeby. Read more
I ordered an ice cream cake here and I wanted it to look like the one from the book. I ordered a small raving craving sprinkle... cake. When i went to pick up the cake, It was just one of the previous made ones from the fridge. So it wasnt the design iwanted at all, it wasnt the size i ordered (this was a medium), and it wasnt made fresh like I thought i was getting.It didnthave any of the decorations and they literally just got icing and wrote happy birthday on one of the cakes from the fridge. Whyhave the book out with specialty cakes if you are just going to give customers random premade cakes? I didnt say anything when ipicked it up because i was in a rush and didnt really notice just how different it was until i got home. I wont be coming hereagain for ice cream cakes. Read more
The employees that work here were super nice and very fast in getting our ice cream and getting us paid. However, what I... believe to be a manager or an owner came in from outside of the shop and quickly went behind the counter and began takingcookies off of trays. She didn?t wash her hands and she wasn?t wearing a mask. For someone that was in what appeared to be amanagement position to not following basic sanitary protocols I will choose another person place to get my ice cream. Read more
