Went thru the drive thru last night. I ordered one famous bowl and one chicken sandwich. They asked me to pull around to the... front and they would bring it out. That part I understood because fried chicken does take a few minutes, even in fast food.However, I was out there for 20 minutes. I watched people in the lobby going up and asking about their orders several times frommy car. After waiting for that long I went inside. They had not started my order yet so I asked for a refund and they said ?oursystem is down right now? so I waited. In total it took them 30 minutes to make a famous bowl and a chicken sandwich. Everyoneelse who was in the lobby stated they?d been waiting for 20-30 minutes as well. If the staff knows it will take that long theyshould warn people before they pay so they can choose to go elsewhere. Especially if they are not able to offer refunds. When Igot home my ?sandwich? was 2 pieces of chicken, not a whole patty and my husband couldn?t eat his bowl because everything tastedstale. I do not leave reviews like this often but I?m pretty disappointed. The staff is doing the best they can but this isunacceptable. Read more

The lady working 9/23 at 10:30am who said she was the manager/owner is the rudest, most angry person I have ever met. She... shouldn?t be dealing with the public her behavior was that scary and KFC must condone her behavior because based on otherreviews this store has issues. I will never spend my hard earned money at KFC again. I paid for an online order scheduled for10:45am pickup. It was a large order for a work event. I went to the store when they opened at 10:30am because I startedthinking how will they get a large order ready in 15 minutes and I needed to coordinate when to actually pick it up with myschedule. Lobby was closed so I pulled around through the drive through. The lady slammed open the drive through window andwithout giving me a chance to tell her I paid for an online order, etc she just immediately tells me in a loud rude voice she?snot going to talk to me there I needed to pull around and talk in the intercom. I tried telling her I?m not ordering through theintercom I?ve already paid for my order I just need to find out about it. She kept interrupting me, screaming pull around andtalk to me through the intercom, and then called the police on me!!! This all happened in a matter of 10 minutes! I?m 55 yearsold and never had the police called on me!!! They showed up, I explained what was going on, they were very nice and recommendedI call corporate and my bank because she said an order did not exist. I did file a complaint with corporate who confirmed mypaid for order did exist. It was disturbing to say the least. She is a ticking time bomb. Read more

Seldom eat fast food but KFC has always held fond memories for my husband and I. Today however, the biscuit was half raw and... the Cole Slaw was dry. I will think twice before ordering again!! Chicken. Mash potatoes and gravy seemed the same. Read more

WORST PLACE EVER!!! I went at lunch drove up. She asked to take my order, I gave her my order and I waited and waited nothing... for like 30 min .. I was just waiting for her to tell me to go to the window.. I never heard anything so I went to the window, She told me because I was not in the sensors she did not get my order and I told her she asked me to take my order? She said noand that I would have to go to the back of the line mind you by this time there is 10 cars behind me. She slams the window andtakes other orders ignoring me. Then she comes back to me and tells me if I do not move that she will call the cops on me. Igo back to work and tell them my experience and she tells me she has too. That she placed her order and paid. The same woman(GM) came to the window and told her that there was no chicken she did not know why they took her order. She did not want torefund her money or give her the order. She also told her she was going to call the cops on her and my coworker told her to goahead. She was not leaving without her money or her order. She waited 30 min for her order. and that's after another employeeasked what she was waiting for and the line of cars behind her started honking. she has complained and nothing was done. I will be taking every measure needed to ensure things change at this absolutely horrible location?I will be contacting the... store?any and all ?managers??corporate office..I will also be reaching out to cedar park public health office?I am working withstaff at door dash to see what is needed to get them cut off of their service?that is all step 1. The staff at this location isbeyond unprofessional and need serious retraining?the food quality is definitely not up to even KFC standards?. I am collectingstatements from anyone and everyone I come across who has ever had a problem with this location?.there are many. Read more

Stopped in to grab a "cooked to order" chicken sandwich. Took 5 minutes for anybody to acknowledge me. Got my food, went out... to the car, unwrapped the sandwich and took one bite and went back inside. If that sandwich was "cooked to order", it was froman order the day before. It was so hard and dried out you could barely chew it. And the bun felt like it was straight out ofthe fridge. The "kid" that originally took my order looked at me like a billy goat looking at a watch when I complained to him. He said "what do you want?". I told him I wanted food that didn't have the taste and texture of a hockey puck between two icecubes . About 10 minutes later, another kid literally shuffled out, brought me a bag, handed it to me, and walked away. Notone single word.....no "I'm sorry", nothing. At least this sandwich was edible, though barely. The chicken seemed freshly"heated" (not cooked), but the bun was still ice cold.....not just room temp, but COLD! I've experienced poor service at thislocation, before. Normally, they are out of whatever it is that I tried to order. How Corporate KFC allows the franchisee tokeep operating is beyond me!!!!!! I really wanted to like this place. Bought a family bucket and the Chicken is dry. Might as well eat sand. $55 gone, like that.... Blame lack of management, passion and care in the kitchen. I could of cooked it better at home. Maybe I should and open myrestaurant already. People spend their money and deserve good food. Read more

Honestly, this was the worst experience I?ve had at a restaurant in a long time. To begin with the woman who took my order was... super rude & kept rushing me. I?m not sure why there was no one else behind me and you can?t go in the restaurant. I asked forthe 8 piece family meal with Mac n cheese instead of coleslaw. She said ?hun it?s that price for a reason, no substitutes?. Ialso asked to have no legs in my bucket and was told they couldn?t do substitutes, that they didn?t have enough chicken. I endedup ordering my order a la carte so we could get what we wanted, which cost more. I asked for my bucket to mixed original &crispy. Got home, it was original only. The biscuits were hard as a rock and the macaroni was burnt and it looked like Frenchfrycrumbs were in it. It was un-eatable. I will say that the guy who took our money at the drive through was polite, but the womanwho took our order should not work in customer service. She was rude and disrespectful. Additionally, I had went to thislocation, the day before at 10:50, there hours state they open at 10:30, they were not open. I don?t think I?ll ever go back toKFC. Read more
