Inconsistent service and overpriced for what they end up providing. They appear to mishandle orders that have customizations or... modifications involved (eg omitting ingredients or substituting them). Employees change rapidly, one of the issues resulting inthe inconsistent service. Have found other independent and chain smoothie establishments provide better service and quality. Read more
Edit: customer service was really nice and friendly at helping you resolve my issue. They give me a $10 compensation and I?m... really satisfied highly recommend. Really terrible protein smoothies. The staff placed pecans in my order despite meemphasizing how allergic I am and then refused to give me a replacement or refund and claimed it was just the Blue magic.However I will say the vegan burritos are really good. I would just stick to the food and avoid the smoothies. Read more

Love this Juiceland! They are fast and informative! Located inside of Whole Foods 365....can't get enough of the "healthy" this... store puts out! Besides the drinks, they also have food and merchandise to buy! Put your phone number into their system eachtime you visit and earn savings or free shots! Read more
I enjoy the smoothies as a treat from time to time. I went in for my birthday drink and realized at check out it had expired. I... think the window to use is less than 2 weeks which was a bummer and they did nothing about it at the counter. I really do expectbetter customer service from such an expensive establishment. I paid $14 including tip for a large smoothie with no extraadd-ins. I will definitely be skipping Juice Land because of the cost and the poor customer service that I have experiencedrepeatedly there. I simply don't feel welcomed but rushed and almost a burden. Read more
