I?ve been eating at Jason?s Deli for 25 years. I eat at a Jason?s Deli at least a few times a week. I love everything on the... menu. BUT there is a lot lacking when I order from this location. I?ve included pictures of the barely there Sirloin Steak Dipsandwich. My husband loved the flavors but it was basically bread with the idea of meat. My Nutty Mixed Up salad is once again80% greens. And although there was a good amount of chicken this time, there should have been more strawberries, grapes andcheese. Please understand that I?m comparing what I picked up tonight with the same meals at other locations. I will continue toeat at Jason?s Deli, but not this location. It?s not worth the price to get so little food. I feel like I?m being robbed. Read more

Ordered a sandwich and a cup of seafood gumbo. The bread was so hard that when I picked it up it fell apart. The seafood gumbo... had absolutely zero seafood in it. Super disappointing! I can?t believe someone would actually send this out the door. I knowthey felt how hard the bread was! Read more

It's been a while since I've been to Jason's Deli in Cedar Park so I thought I'd stop in for lunch. I oddly surprised in 2... different ways. First off the dining room was not very clean I am sorry to say. I would have attributed that to the fact thatrestaurants and service businesses in general have a hard time getting and keeping staff these days but when I left there were 6employees at the front counter and no one in line so....... Then when I went to get my free ice cream, the machine was down. That's half the reason I go there lol! I know thats just chance and no one's fault but it still was a bummer. Then when thefood came to our table, they had forgotten something we asked for when we ordered so we had to go to the counter to get it. Lastbut not least the food quality was mediocre. The toasted bread for my sandwich was burnt. I really don't loke giving less thangreat reviews, and it wasn't bad enough to keepme from going back but overall it seems like maybe Jason's Deli has slipped abit. I hope they can tighten it up a little so that my next visit will be better! Read more

Pregnant women be warned they do not wash their fruits before serving! I love the Jason's deli in round rock, was in the area... figured this one would be great too but i was dissapointed. A little pricey for the portion sizes. Strawberries served on myhusbands plate eere clearly not washed but yet were still served for us to eat. Read more

I?m not one to write reviews or complain because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, we all make mistakes... occasionally. I?m only writing this so that management is aware and can make necessary changes. My husband and I havefrequented various locations of Jason?s Deli and always liked the food and service, love the salad bar, variety of choices andfree ice cream. For some reason this location rarely gets our order correct. We often order online and pick up, so it?s notuntil we get home before we realize our order is wrong. Very recent examples, 1) My husband ordered a chicken salad sandwichwith other vegetables, everything was added except the chicken salad. 2) I had ordered a veggie wrap and received a wrap withlots of meat and cheese. 3) Last evening we dined in hoping the quality of our order would be accurate. I ordered a turkey wrapbut received a veggie wrap with a side of salsa that I didn?t order. I thought about taking it up to the counter in exchangefor what I actually ordered but didn?t want to wait for a new order to come out, plus I do like the veggie wrap. There are moreexamples, like getting the wrong soup, etc. This happens so frequently I?m hoping management will read this and somehow improvequality control of orders being accurate. We do try to go through our pickup orders due to the frequency of mistakes. I don?twant to hurt this business location, honestly trying to help improve it. Read more

Great customer service experience! It was a super busy day and somehow my order got lost. But the staff knew that meant... someone was missing a lunch. When I approached to inquire they immediately jumped into gear. They offered a fresh sandwich or arefund. They had placed my meal in a to-go box to keep it fresh in case I discovered the issue timely. I accepted it and allwas well. They checked in and made sure that my lunch was top rate. I was impressed with their concern over the error and thecare put into correcting it. Things happen! Great lunch, Great experience. Read more
