The last time we will ever go to this location! The last 3 times in we we're told it would be 30 to 45min wait..... Today... myself, wife and 2 other customers left. Btw there was only one other customer in the store and 3 employees. One star is tomany! Read more
Worst service ever at this location. Don't get me wrong, I love their subs but every time I walk into that store there is no one... in the lobby and yet I'm told they have a 30 minute wait. Since when did a paying customer who is standing in front of you haveto wait 30 minutes for a sandwich??? Ridiculous. I will never go to that store again. Read more
Waited 45 minutes for order. Terrible service and order was all wrong, but had to leave to get food to our girls playing... volleyball. We eat at Firehouse alot, but will not visit this location again. Not managed well and I wish I hadn't tipped theworkers ! Waste of time and $$. Read more
The service has gone down hill. The guy got my order wrong and acknowledged that he had messed up. He told me he would remake... the sandwich and he didn't do it. He told me he forgot and that he would do it. When he gave me the sandwich the bread was nottoasted and it wasn't good. Overall the whole experience was bad. Read more

I used to love this place, but we won't be back again. It's over $7 for a small which is literally the size of my palm. I don't... remember the smalls ever being that size. The guy told me it was child sized so i got the small for my kids. They were literallystill starving after, so I gave them each a half of my medium sandwich too and I wound up not eating dinner. The medium is $9for just the sandwich and it doesn't come with near the amount of meat it used to. I also asked for BBQ sauce and I never gotit. You can't pour your own sauce anymore and they don't have the selection they used to have. It's definitely not the samefirehouse it used to be. Read more
