Been ordering the lunch special here often over the last couple months, it's been great most every time. Big portions, big... flavor, and it makes me feel good after I've finished unlike some other take outs. This place is really freaking amazing. Easilymy favorite new lunch spot. Read more

There is definitely something in the sauce at this place!!! The staff there is SUPER FRIENDLY & ACCOMMODATING and the food is... INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS!!! I went there for the first time on last Monday and had to go back a couple of days later. You will notbe disappointed. My family had the teriyaki burger, the cocky burger, and the child's chicken fingers with fries. They're morelike huge tenders. OMG. I can smell it while I'm typing. Read more

Decent, just don't order the drink. It says 22 oz cup, but it's not. In the picture, the cup is compared to my 20 oz and 24 oz... tumblers. Nobody wants to pay for something that it's not. I'm not angry, I just prefer honesty. Update: Action was taken andcorrections were made. Regardless, my meal fulfilled my hankering for Japanese curry during a tiring work morning. Thank you! Seattle born and bred here (just moved from home two weeks ago). Can confirm that the teriyaki sauce and style is like Seattle.... I?d say it?s similar to Toshi?s in Kirkland?s Houghton neighborhood. It checks out and I definitely recommend it if you?relooking for Seattle?s best comfort food. Couldn?t give it a full 5 stars though because the salad dressing was unlike anythingI?ve ever had in Seattle, it?s somewhat similar but not close enough. As for atmosphere, it is different. It?s moremodern/trendy (think BB?s Teriyaki a little bit), and less hole in the wall. They don?t use the classic container, and they?rejust playing a rock music playlist (when like every teriyaki place in Seattle faintly plays Christian radio in the backgroundlol). Will I be back? For sure. Does it hit the spot? Mostly. Is it the same? No, but definitely come here if you?re needingyour yaki fix. Go M?s, Hawks, Sounders, Kraken, Storm, Seawolves, Huskies, Falcons, and Bring Back Our Sonics! Read more

A very tasty experience. Friendly and hospitable service. The Rangoon appetizer was delicious, but my favorite is the Pork Katsu... Curry. Their curry is served as mild, but does have an option to make it spicier. Overall a very good experience. Read more

I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki meal and it was really good. There was plenty of tasty chicken and the salad accompanying it was... very fresh. I ordered brown rice with the meal and it was also warm and yummy. I had ordered the Pork Katsu dinnerpreviously, and I could be wrong, but I think last time I actually had a very good "pork cutlet". This time, it seems like thepork had changed and perhaps it was just tenderized very well, because I didn't get the texture of the typical pork katsu. Despite that thought, it was a tasty katsu dinner. Read more
