The food itself is good, but the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Ordered on the app and asked for extra rice, fajita... veggies and lettuce. Didn?t get extra of anything. I actually had to go up to the counter and ask for extra rice. I also barelyhad any chicken in my bowl. When I went in it wasn?t even busy so I know it?s not because of lack of staff. worst customer service i have seen in a while. took 10 minutes to take my order being the first person in line. they were too... busy making mobile orders. when thy did take my order they did the bare minimum. very big lack of communication within thisrestaurant. i have 4 different people ask me what was in my burrito to check me out and none of them checked me out. and thensomeone came up while i was paying and started wiping the front counter right where i was without saying anything. We call this the ?Worlds Slowest Chipotle?. If you order an online order to be ready at 6:20, it won?t be ready until 7. They... get orders wrong. The line takes 30 minutes to an hour to get through sometimes. I?ve never seen a chipotle like this one. Thetables are filthy, they are always out of stuff, the tea tastes watered down. If I were the owner I would do a serious inquiryto why the manager has allowed this to happen. It is worth the drive 10minutes down the road to the lake line location. Always quick and always delicious and filling. The staff are nice and deal with alout. When I had gone in most recently some... lady was being extra to the kind young woman behind the counter. The young lady behind the counter was calm and collected anddidn't let the nagging lady get to her and ended up having her Leave with a smile because the young host was so attentive.Overall I was thoroughly impressed. Worst Chipotle I?ve ever been to, and unfortunately the only one close to me. The last 3 times I?ve ordered via the app it... wasn?t done on time and was missing multiple topping or completely wrong. I ordered a bowl with everything but ended up gettingrice, the wrong kind of beans, 3 tablespoons of burnt chicken (yes, I measured), and lettuce. Staff are in their own littleworld and seem to have no experience with talking to customers or preparing food. I recommend going to Cabo Bobs or a tacotruck instead. Read more
