Update: I came here again?. And how is your steamed broccoli so good? I could literally just eat that for dinner! You guys are... still the best! The best experience of any Chili?s ever and we go to Chili?s a few times a year. It usually never fails that Iorder something with special instructions, like no butter or cheese on the side and it never happens the first try. BUT? thisChili?s is a step above the others. I called to make a very specific order due to a special diet so I was asking if the cookcould prepare something a certain way and the manager let me speak directly to the cook! I was very impressed! He was so niceand was able to prepare my food just as I needed and not only that, it tasted amazing! The seasoning on the steak was so goodand it was cooked perfectly medium! Steak at Chili?s? YES!!! Thank you for the special treatment and delicious dinner! You areappreciated!!! Read more

Came for Veterans day. Always my favorite place to go for my Veterans day dinner, or anytime I want to get a good burger at a... good price. I'm always treated well and the food is top notch. Love the fried pickles! Thank you for supporting veterans! Read more

I wanted to order the grilled avocado steak with asparagus, but it says it is topped with cilantro. I asked the waitress (who... was very nice, this was not her fault) if I could order it without cilantro. She said yes, I placed my order, someone elsebrought it to me and it was covered in cilantro sauce (which wasn't listed on the menu) and topped with extra cilantro. I askedfor it to be remade, they brought out the same steak that they had tried to scrape everything off of. I asked, again, for it tobe remade because it still had the sauce on it and was never remade the first time. The manager then came over, and told me thatif I didn't want anything with cilantro I should have read the menu and picked something else. He was extremely rude andcondescending and was insinuating I couldn't read. I told him that I had read it, that's why I asked if it could be made withoutcilantro. I asked him if this is how he would behave if i was allergic to cilantro, and he laughed and said its not like it'llkill me. He continued to be rude and abrasive and said he would remake it, but it would be at least 30 minutes. My boyfriend andI left because I don't want someone that mean and incompetent having anything to do with my food. Read more

I consider Chili's to be a mid-tier restaurant. As far as mid-tier goes, I think they're one of the best. As a local guide, in... order to get the full experience, my wife and I went twice and based this review on the average of both visits. First andforemost, we did not wait and our seats were well over six feet from any other customers. The way the booths are setup giveplenty of isolation for a dining experience that is free from others' loudness. As far as the prices go, it is best to go withone of their specials. Right now they have the 3-for-$10 and the 2-for-$25. The prices for these items are about the price ofgetting everyone their own entrees, but it also comes with appetizers and dessert. Our service was almost perfect. It wasadequate enough to have no complaints but not above-and-beyond enough to enthuse about. My drink never ran out though, andthat's what's important. One of their COVID accommodations is they don't have bottles of ketchup at the tables anymore. I askedfor ketchup and got about 4 packets, which wasn't enough for my son's and my fries, so I had to ask for more. I get it, but it'sobnoxious. (Staff: consider serving ketchup in small plastic cups, like you do with ranch?) Chili's pasta is much better than Iexpected. It's even better than Olive Garden's. Their awesome blossom is also amazing, but they should consider ways to make theseasoning more evenly distributed. Ours came with most of the seasoning on one single piece. Our servers were on one occasiongood, and on the other, fantastic. The staff seem to have a good time working together, which is always nice tosee. All-in-all, if you know what you're looking for, Chili's can be a great, inexpensive family dining experience. They alsohave plenty of TVs with interesting things showing, both at the bar and at normal dining booths. While I can't speak to thispersonally, many other reviewers have had problems with their to-go service, so it may be something to be wary of. Read more
