Just left this Baskin Robbins and left displeased. I ordered 2 scoops of Chocolate chip ice cream on a chocolate dipped cone and... a lemon ice cream cone with 2 quarts of Chocolate chip ice cream. The gentleman informed me that they didn't have anychocolate dripped cones left " because it's a busy day" So fine whatever, lemme get the cone with sprinkles then. " We don'thave that either.... Ok then lemme get a regular cone then, he says ok, then informs us that we don't have anything lemon. Idrive to the window and he's trying to hand me 2 lose quarts of chocolate chip ice cream. I then ask him to put it in a bag (you know like a normal human being) and now he's getting attitude LOL. Then the guy brings me my cone that's more cone than icecream. No napkins, no receipt! Just a bad experience all together. Here I was hoping to treat my mother ( who was in the car )to some wonderful ice cream, but instead got a mess in my car and a mess on our shirts, plus we didn't even get what wewanted... We love the ice cream at Baskin Robbins, this was our second time at this particular location. Costumer service is ok, not bad,... but could definitely be friendlier. As soon as we asked for a sampler the girl behind the counter rudely said: " no, we're notdoing that". I get that people are trying to impose protective protocols, but there is a way to say it. Again, customer serviceis lacking. Unknown which ice cream to pick, we picked what we thought was right, and left the store a little disappointed. Itturned out we didn't like the ice cream or price of it since the size of the scoop and cone were incredibly high. We will pickquality over quantity any time, but for the ice cream we got last night we we're not satisfied with either one. Read more

Standard ice cream flavors, which is sometimes welcome versus the eclectic variety at the local shops. If you're looking for ice... cream in the area instead of self-serve yogurt, this is the winner. Decent prices, friendly staff, relatively small setting. Read more
